@virginmedia It’s happened around 4 more times today. The modem just starts flashing green lights like it’s trying to connect. It’s currently happening right now. It doesn’t say anything about issues in my area

Long term @virginmedia customer. Never been told 30 days to resolve an issue. Broadband goes from 200M to 2M within 2 mins on a reboot. Looks like throttling. Please fix. Needed for work!

@virginmedia Yep. Just been left in tears by chief exec office resolution team - argumentative, lying & poor customer service skills!! Waiting for paperwork to escalate to ADR. I've given Virgin 7 months to make it right. It's ADR and/or the media that will get this fixed now
