    @virginmedia Thanks for the quick reply. It related to a fabricated bill that you sent to a debt collection company. compensation was agreed but has never been sent. I have emailed case mgr but last reply was 13/7.

    @virginmedia just spent 75 mins on the phone bounced between your moving team, your billing team, your technical team and your faults team. Everyone saying the problem sits elsewhere. What kind of #customerservice is this? All I have done is moved house and I can no longer login

    @virginmedia don’t want to make a public complaint however I’ve had an ongoing complaint since March.Two resolutions have been agreed but never materialised and ‘case manager’ has stopped responding.Please DM so we can rectify or issue a deadlock letter so I can escalate to CISAS
