This time last year (maybe a little earlier), I came here to complain about @virginmedia ‘s terrible customer service. Well, against my better judgment, I continued my contract with them. Guess what? I’ve just received a text saying that I won’t have internet until 28/08/2021.

Never, ever, ever use @virginmedia! 3 months, 15 unanswered complaints, an Ofcom investigation & an Independent Dispute Mechanism ruling in my favour, a cancelled contract, and they have the nerve to call me to try threatening me into buying an impossible speed upgrade 1/4

Virgin Media upgraded or updated the network around my area. Since then it’s broken down twice. Guess the upgrade was to make it break down more regular.
