@virginmedia 1/4 I phoned to cancel my contract due to an price increase and poor WiFi coverage. The 1st person told me that my monthly cost would be reduced and that I would be sent out boosters (which he agreed would be FOC) and that he would phone back on the 1st of Dec.

@virginmedia got a new WiFi box and have had problems with lagging in gaming since WiFi box is in the same place as last one and all channels of connection say its good for gaming!

@virginmedia OK, Thanks for contact advice. Seems you restored broadband in my BR3 district within 3 hours. Outage was 17:15 to 20:15. I had not suffered Virgin outage since Aug 2017. So never had cause to contact Status Checks. Always been happy with Virgin, after switch from Pipex & BT.

@JetsetSusan @virginmedia Just had to keep trying on the phone, eventually got through but the support they end up giving is very hit and miss (mostly miss). Even the support through here basically told you to reset so am looking at separate router option. Good luck
