    @SkyIreland Anyone else’s RTE/ Virgin media catch up not updating since 24 November on Sly Box AND Sky Go App? Had loads of people asking me! ( no point calling customer service- they want to send an engineer- but box working fine!)

    Mam said something that really pissed me off earlier on. I now have to watch Love Island on the Virgin Media Player and it’s so shit. Keeps freezing, around 10 minutes behind the live stream. Why am I being punished.

    @virginmedia For the love of god what do I need to do to get help from you. Tried calling but they cant understand. Pay for 350 down but only get 80! This has been going on for over a month now. Had enough. @CityFibre I think it might be time for a change.

    @virginmedia So, for work it keeps dropping which means that I can’t connect onto our work network. And then on my personal devices things just spin or pages don’t load

    @BobMcDuck @virginmedia Good point, more like a problem with the turner on the box, specially if it only happens on some channels. @virginmedia need to sort that out for you

    @virginmedia is there a problem with virgin and @NetflixUK? Hasn’t been working through my tv since last night around 10.30/11pm. Getting error ui-800-3. Have turned off and unplugged everything for 3+ minutes and still getting the error. Works fine on my phone on same wifi
