@virginmedia Honestly, they don’t check. They just tell me no by looking up postcode. I’m that certain it’s really available that if you send someone to look and they really can’t service my property that I’d pay for the visit if they can prove it’s unserviceable.

@virginmedia Oh, and compensation only kicks in for total outage for 48 hours, not intermittent service for 1+ week, apparently. #CommunityFibre looking more tempting by the day.

@virginmedia reduced internet in SW17... website says all is OK but your support team says on the phone there is a known problem which won't be fixed for 1 week and no compensation for a) loss of internet or b) costs to now tether from my phone so I can work...?????

@virginmedia just cancelled my account and your customer service is utterly appalling - the hard sell tactics you use to try and keep the customer are aggressive and simply bullying. It's fair to say that I will not be back or recommend Virgin Media to anyone. #PoorService

@YNWA_Kaiser @KirkbyScouser but I notice it has an SSID starting wth VM - it will need a WIFI Mesh sat on the end of the Virgin Media Superhub Router to deliver decent WIFI performance round the house, the WIFI service that the Virgin Media Superhub Router delivers is appalling - get an Eero Mesh

@SteveEdis @virginmedia We went with Zen Internet. They have great customer service, but other than that are basically BT Openreach

@virginmedia Yes, but where did that number even come from? It's not on the website. Phone line did confirm an intermittent issue in the area, am staggered this isn't reflected on the website, as clearly it is a known, and "complex" issue. No resolution time offered via phone.
