@betsizzle_ @virginmedia I've just been told it's because of the weather. I can expect service to return by 4.30pm. This is not acceptable at all! I pay for a business account and it's flaky and the speed is often terrible! Time to change providers i think!

Would be fantastic if @virginmedia actually restored service sometime today, or at least kept customers informed about what's happening. Just saying... It's not as if people are working from home or anything.

Absolutely appalled with @virginmedia I cancelled my grandmother’s account 4 months ago and they are STILL charging her. I’ve tried ringing several times and have now been put on hold- all whilst I can hear the guy eating his lunch!! Maybe a Twitter complaint will get through?

@virginmedia @VirginMediaIE The problem was finally resolved after 9am. Little help for those of us who work at night. Maybe think about offering 24 hour tech support? Or would that cut into Richard's space budget?

@virginmedia Like clockwork... If the clock was made of Swiss cheese and wasn't fit for purpose. You've disconnected me again... SEVEN TIMES NOW, nobody in management seems to want to take responsibility, your Customers service is patronising at best...

Just had a telephone call on my VM landline from someone claiming to be from Virgin Media offering me a discount from tomorrow. When I declined to pursue it online as requested, I was told to 'Just **** off'. Methinks it was probably a scam.....
