    @virginmedia OK, so you know I'm not going through the whole wires, on off etc all over again. Done it loads. Genuinely think it's a traffic a problem that I was told I wouldn't have

    @virginmedia Ok, but I need the internet to work from home. Can you reinstate my appointment and I'll cancel if it starts working again. I don't want to have to wait until Monday to book an engineer who won't arrive until the end of the week

    @virginmedia I switched to Vodafone from you then switched back in the cooling off period when you offered a better deal but seemed to have lost my landline in the process. I’ve called you countless times and its so difficult to get any help. Wish I stayed with Vodafone tbh. 😩

    @virginmedia I would love to, however having spend 6 hours waiting initially, and now another 4 yesterday, I'm wondering if there is any point. Considering communication is suppose to be your business, internally you fail miserably.
