Rang @virginmedia 1908 number to cancel part of my home bundle package because I'm not permitted to use either WhatsApp or email to do so. Was told queue would be 20 mins. I waited 29.16 minutes and had to hang up. Are they trying to bore me into not cancelling? #FFS #SLoDG🤬

@virginmedia It reboots itself. The phone team claim the diagnostics say its fine, but rebooting multiple times a day is not fine. We've tried a factory reset, and unplugging some devices, and no change. Was just watching Netflix when it cut out again.
