@virginmedia is by far the worst TV, broadband and telephone service I’ve received in 20. Customer service is appalling. I was just on the phone and the customer service personal just hung up on me. I just can’t wait to leave and go back to @SkyUK. #avoid #virginmedia

@virginmedia @chrisckmedia @virginmedia you'd be expecting a fix within an hour or two if Chris stopped sending you the news, which he and his team does every day. And you know they would get you something pretty quickly.

@virginmedia I've had engineers round from Virgin media on several occasions. Once I had no Internet for weeks because the engineer wired up the connection to the wrong house outside and I didn't even get a refund for the lack of service.

@virginmedia why is live chat taking absolutely ages to connect me to anyone? I’d like to cancel my service, but if I was joining as a new customer I’m put through immediately. Are you making it difficult to cancel on purpose?

we’ve had, in your words @virginmedia “local issues” in E1 for over a week. strangled uploads (0.02mbps) and patchy downloads + intermittent connection. please fix critical infrastructure asap and also... a refund. ta xxx.

@virginmedia I’d like to #stayconnected but you have not returned calls re slow speeds I’ve been getting since summer 20 but still charging me for, think after 12yrs as a customer you’d think you might want to keep me, if I don’t get a call BEFORE Mon I’ll cancel and start a new

@virginmedia Hello. Can you please explain why for the last 2 weeks every day after 11am the wifi goes down. We call you you reset it. Its fine for 10min. And then again it keeps going down. We are a WFH household. We need a stable connection for a secure connection.
