    @MichaeljonF Good question... just having a bit of an iffy connection last few weeks. I have a full on Google WiFi Mesh network... tried to iron out a couple of dubious hacks in the system... plus I’ve upgraded the core hub to the Nest WiFi Router now. Starting to suspect it’s Virgin Media 😂

    @TomGeorgeBest @virginmedia I live in South London and this keeps happening to us too. Internet cuts out between 10-11am and then again between 3:30-5 every day. We pay for 50mbps and have internet speeds as slow as 0.9mbps. So frustrating.

    @virginmedia once again trying to contact virgin media is a no go a proper waste of time contract has run out trying to cancel they have put the money up to £60 a month for basically 2 freeview boxes I have cancelled my direct debit which is due on the 7 april what a scam😡

    @virginmedia @BBCNews @MartinSLewis terrible terrible service. Student daughter has been on hold for nearly an hour trying to cancel a simple rolling monthly student Internet contract. “I’ll just get my colleague” and “why do you want to cancel” doesn’t cut it. Very very annoyed

    @D_J_Morley @virginmedia It looks like a certificate issue on the website, at least. Firefox refuses to connect, Chrome hesitates, but then does load. Broken links. Maybe a borked update or server move, so certificate is in wrong place. Could explain TV issues as well.

    @ballerz223 @virginmedia I get that. This latest outage just adds to people's frustration. The Broadband is intermittent and when working from home again it adds to the frustration. I don't want to watch TV just want to get work done
