    @virginmedia your customer service is shocking! Been trying to fix my WiFi (no internet connection). You won’t send someone to help but rather send a letter on “how to fix it” Gone are the days of actual help instead I’m being spoken to like I’m stupid.

    @virginmedia very irritating. Sky sports golf is dead on Virgin 515:ladies open appears to be on sky mis 520. Tried to phone vurgin. Held for 16 minutes then gave up. Terrible.

    @virginmedia Hottest day of the year and VirginMedia rang me up and then put me through to someone else. Left me hanging twice so far. Thought service was cancelled but money still coming out of account. I'm just trying to get email address to write to. It isn't hard.

    @virginmedia @MoneyTelegraph For last 2 months in the SW16 area VIRGIN TV & BROADBAND services has an ‘outage problem.’ Despite several engineer call outs the issue has not been resolved so no access to internet. Virgin please sort out and provide compensation for lack of service

    @virginmedia Broadband is down. Box is showing solid green base light, solid green WiFi light and a flashing green internet light. Reboot, lower cycling, full disconnection and reconnection achieves nothing. TV service fine (sans network features).

    @virginmedia what is up with your customer service line! After the automated bits get told that everyone’s busy so get music. no voice updates “we will be with you soon” or “you have x mins to wait”. Tried 3 times over 20 mins - my WiFi is rubbish and if not fixed I will leave

    @virginmedia I’ve had over 6 months of having poor WiFi where it cuts outs and has to be rebooted every other day (twice today already!). I want a technician to come out and sort ASAP as my family mobile bills are through the roof due to using data plan instead at home!

    In a world that runs on the net if you are a @virginmedia customer you have to wait 4 days for an engineer to fix a modem, installed only in November 2018. IT’S NOT A JOKE!!! Thank you for letting me loose a day of work and 3 days worth of studying. #virginbroadband

    @virginmedia 7 days since total loss of service / engineer says there is a damaged cable.. @virginmedia best offer is to book for 14 July. That would be 21 days of total loss of service - no phone, no internet, no work, no school for kids isolating…. Can complain but won’t change!! Poor form

    @virginmedia Hi, would somebody be able to let someone know that there seems to be an issue in the TS3 area. Signal seems always there but it dips out for about 20 seconds every now and then. Was getting, 0.250kbs instead of 350mb about 30 mins ago but seems normal now.
