@virginmedia Thanks for the prompt replies (this is the one service VM seems to do well) but if I can’t do this online then I’ll take it to arbitration or let VM take me to court and make a fool of themselves when I produce the cancellation letter and proof of recorded delivery.

  • eldarsub Eldar Subasic (@eldarsub) reported

@virginmedia The internet is currently working, but very poorly. Since 11 Feb, the broadband is so slow that I cannot stream anything. Even normal browsing is difficult. It takes up to an hour to send an email attachment. The internet also cuts out completely several times a day.

  • katiebongo Kathy Chappelle (@katiebongo) reported

@virginmedia can you help? We have no mobile signal at home!!

  • rachlfletcher Rachel (@rachlfletcher) reported

.@virginmedia referral to @CISASUK imminent... no response to official complaint, no refund (we've been advised a 'cheque' is on its way several times), no follow-up. Abysmal service.

  • Thebunyipman James Thebunyipman Willis (@Thebunyipman) reported

@virginmedia Yeah basically it's an over utilisation problem. I provided all possible data on my network and router but the problem is on your end, despite being told on the phone it wasn't. I don't really know how to progress from here.

  • VirtualDiabound VD (@VirtualDiabound) reported

@virginmedia Please fix your mobile internet ASAP! My job does not pay me if I am offline.

  • bugheadwarrior Keegan (@bugheadwarrior) reported

@virginmedia I can’t make phone calls for some reason? I’m trying to ring but it just keeps dropping. It’s not even ringing either. It’s just silent and then the call drops. Can you help? Can’t even ring 150 because it won’t let me. Are your services down?

  • SoneyKuri Soney Kuri (@SoneyKuri) reported

@virginmedia Not a very helpful response -It still doesn’t solve my problem. I can’t work- then you should tell your customers that the installation date is tentative so that they can look to other providers or make alternative arrangements.#virginmediafail
