    @virginmedia It was a call and it wasn’t easy to hear what they were saying. Something about having detected that my internet was slow when doing online banking. It sounded very much like the “We are from BT open reach” scam so I said I would call them back.

    @virginmedia I am bitterly disappointed that you have only been able to provide a broadband service for a week and now there's nothing. My work relies on fast reliable broadband. If this doesn't get fixed this Monday, I'll be seeking another provider.

    @virginmedia Don’t have an Ethernet cables. My phone actually uses 5G if signal is weak so it was likely my data not WiFi

    @virginmedia hi, an engineer called out of the blue and claimed to be from Virgin Media working on my broadband. How can I tell if it’s not a scam? And if it’s not, how do I reach him? He gave the general customer service number

    @virginmedia After over 3 hours and on my 3rd agent I managed to report it. The call was a scam, saying that my wifi was too slow and trying to get to my laptop. When I twigged and refused they became abusive and threatened physical abuse.

    Just experienced #unethical behaviour from @virginmedia #coercing a customer, accept £20 and close a complaint or you can take it further and not accept the £20. Failure to be transparent and communicate effectively across all departments about charges #poorcustomerservice

    @virginmedia We are happy, now that we're back online, but it was thanks to the two charming and communicative engineers working away in Burgess Hill that saved the day; not just because they'd fixed the issue, but they'd also told me what was going on.

    @virginmedia at least three neighbours and I are finishing our second full work day without internet, and now you cancel all four of our tech appointments for this afternoon and tomorrow morning and push back to next week. This should be priority #customerservice

    @virginmedia Auto message said service put on hold while investigated, but after no on-site investigation follow-up message stated new appointment not til Monday evening. Will be 5 days without broadband including 3 full work days while we all WFH. Unacceptable.
