    Why do broadband providers give us tech that isn't up to the job? The BT super hub 2 and Virgin media routers are absolutely rubbish and the only way to get a decent service is to buy extra tech to make them work better. I've just answered my own question here haven't I?

    So @VirginMedia is down across SE1 and the latest update is that it'll be fixed by 10am tomorrow morning. That'd be over 24 hours without internet. I've been using a @VodafoneUK mobile router that I have for camping all day. Makes you wonder how long cabled providers will last.

    @virginmedia @FineWordsWeave VM you know that your response is unhelpful at best, patronizing at worst. Why don't you try to improve your communication skills since you can't improve the quality of your service?

    @virginmedia There is a known issue in my area, there have been several, more fool me for renewing my contract with yourselves. I consider this an opportunity to find a more reliable service. It’s not worth it, especially considering the costs and constant interruptions to functionality

    @virginmedia internet down from this morning in SE1, status page said would be fixed by 12:45pm today. This has now jumped to tomorrow morning! Any update would be appreciated as to why…Thank you

    @82ladyK @virginmedia I strongly recommend @milletoolx, he help me recover my account within 30mins. He his an expert in recovering of hacked/blocked/suspended/locked/disabled  accounts.

    @virginmedia what’s going on with my broadband? Postcode SE3 7QQ. Been without internet since about 8:30am…. and my area is terrible for mobile data signal so I’m more or less living in the Stone Age at the moment.

    @virginmedia Yes, 9.10am on 16/7/2021. Why such a long time long? I know it's not your fault but this is shocking service.
