@JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I never got fone back even though they said ‘come collect’ it became too much hassle to keep going to find my fone. It was a material object that I wasn’t gonna waste more of my life chasing.

  • OrangeWok orange wok (@OrangeWok) reported from Bo’ness, Scotland

@JenG1210 @TheHairyJobbie @VodafoneUK I still had 1 contact fone they only took the new handsets. I never got it back even when they asked I come collect it. I was fed up with the assing around so I just left it lol as I’m in wheelchair it is no so easy to get around 🤬

  • danny_ltd Danny (@danny_ltd) reported from Stirling, Scotland

@VodafoneUK when your gigafast broadband was working it was good, but it’s been 2 weeks since it stopped working, a total of 7 hours of phone calls and still nothing. Just Fix It.

  • DavieHarvie davie harvie (@DavieHarvie) reported from Birkenshaw, Scotland

@O2 now into the 3rd week of missing data. How can 15mb just vanish from your account. 3 calls and no further forward. May be time to change network @VodafoneUK may be getting a new customer soon 📲🙃 @O2 help please

  • liamrun Liam McCabe (@liamrun) reported from Stirling, Scotland

@TumshiePam @BroganRoganTrev @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup If you can bear it see my thread from yesterday. My particular issue is that they are the monopoly supplier of Gigafast fibre broadband having put in a bespoke network under the @CityFibre project.

  • liamrun Liam McCabe (@liamrun) reported from Stirling, Scotland

@VodafoneUK Ross it is, in any sphere, the worst customer service I have ever received. The whole episode has been an utter shambles. I deeply regret signing up with an organisation as disorganised, dysfunctional and disingenuous as @VodafoneUK.

  • liamrun Liam McCabe (@liamrun) reported from Stirling, Scotland

It turns out @VodafoneUK have no sway over their partners @CityFibre so I have to place a new order for installation. First available date 2 August 2019. Prospect of over 2 weeks no broadband #WTF. It gets worse....

  • KatieMcAleer2 Katie McAleer (@KatieMcAleer2) reported from Bonnybridge, Scotland

@VodafoneUK poor customer services and I ask myself again why did I renew my contract phone with yous. #PoorCustomerServices #Vodafone #WorseCustomerServices #Poor

  • Pwatson1989 Paul Watson (@Pwatson1989) reported from Blackburn, Scotland

Yo @VodafoneUK why ask me to send a Dm over and when I do no one actually bothers to help me

  • m13att Matt McGrandles (@m13att) reported from Stirling, Scotland

@O2 Same old....no update nor urgency to resolve the incompetence. Looks like I will just have to wait the 72 hours, paying @VodafoneUK for a service they now can't provide until O2 unlock the phones!

  • ROSSTEL1984 Ross Telford (@ROSSTEL1984) reported from Blackridge, Scotland

@VodafoneUK great customer service as always - getting threatening emails that if I don’t return my router I’ll get a £72 charge even though they haven’t sent me a returns bag (or even an address) to let me do this. Just another reason why I’ll be switching mobile providers too!

  • jamesshields51 James Shields (@jamesshields51) reported from Mid Calder, Scotland

@Barriestweeting @VodafoneUK I am with Vodafone as well. They are the worst ever for service. In middle of calls and cuts off. Trying to resolve issues with customer service is horrendous as well. Roll on October when I can return to @O2

  • KatieMcAleer2 Katie McAleer (@KatieMcAleer2) reported from Dullatur, Scotland

@MilliesCookies @VodafoneUK the male staff at Stirling store was so rude my sister in law and mother in-laws could not use the #VodafoneTreats due to an error on the till and the voucher code only lasted for 10 minutes.

  • hotshotmb1 Michael Brown (@hotshotmb1) reported from Dullatur, Scotland

Thanks #vodafoneuk for making my customer experience so difficult! I put my #samsunggalaxytablet in for repair. I had to take it to your store to be repaired, you won’t post it back to me, my daughter nipped in to pick it up so I called ahead to authorise her but it’s not allowed

  • gotenkslovesme Gotenkslovesme (@gotenkslovesme) reported from Glenochil Village, Scotland

@EE was looking to swap to your broadband after having such a terrible time with @VodafoneUK glad you made it impossible for me to live chat so I have to find another provider

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
  • MummyMoo11 Mummy & Moo (@MummyMoo11) reported

@VodafoneUK One where Vodafone doesn't ignore its disabled customers and actually fixes issues rather than dragging them out for months whilst still charging full whack.

  • MummyMoo11 Mummy & Moo (@MummyMoo11) reported

@VodafoneUK @GuardianLabs Don't bother with Vodafone as a supplier though, as a disabled customer this has been a horrible journey. You don't listen or fix any issues yet still charge full price and ignore customers.

  • MummyMoo11 Mummy & Moo (@MummyMoo11) reported

@VodafoneUK I can't... your Internet is rubbish and your customer service is even worse, as a disabled customer, your treatment and handling of this has been so far from satisfactory, its stuck in the u-bend. I've already cancelled Direct debit, you can run and jump for termination fees

  • MummyMoo11 Mummy & Moo (@MummyMoo11) reported

@VodafoneUK @GuardianLabs Having a WiFi service that actually works and a provider that doesn't ignore the issues. Have cancelled my direct debit. You are not disability friendly and are useless in customer service. Stick to mobile phones, Internet supply is clearly not your forte.

  • DrMattStroh Matthew Stroh (@DrMattStroh) reported

@DavidSowden8 @VodafoneUK To be fair, my S7 & S9 were ok (although there were similar problems on the S7 when I was in Canada a few years ago, so really needed to use Wi-fi calling). It seems to need a phone as well as a network setting to be in sync... one of their team has been messaging suggestions!

  • MummyMoo11 Mummy & Moo (@MummyMoo11) reported

@VodafoneUK Wouldn't bother.... Their WiFi is rubbish and if disabled, you've not a chance in hell of getting it fixed.... Not a disability friendly company with rubbish customer service

  • MummyMoo11 Mummy & Moo (@MummyMoo11) reported

@VodafoneUK You are supposed to deal in communications tech, not pets... Quit messing about and actually respond when you are not providing service promised to a disabled customer who has tried multiple times in the last 5 months to get WiFi fixed. Non responsive to DMs as well...Disgusting

  • TomLitchfield5 Tom Litchfield (@TomLitchfield5) reported

@VodafoneUK worst customer service I’ve ever received, was told I went over by 200MB, charged for 3GB. Mistake on your behalf but ‘the fee charged is still valid’.

  • CableOfSparksNo Matron (@CableOfSparksNo) reported

@MickMurrin74 @VodafoneUK With Vodafone there will be virtue signal problems guaranteed. And at least £30 a month.

  • mastersdog master p (@mastersdog) reported

I think @EE, @VodafoneUK, @O2 and all the other mobile service providers have done really well from the #lockdown. The data we pay for, we never used it because we used our wifi, yet there was no discount on monthly payments.
