    @joewatson1990 @VodafoneUK It's there fault how I'm on a Limited data contract and not the unlimited which we signed up for.... It also doesn't help how Instagram and Twitter don't have the data saver enabled as default... And or if there was actually WiFi on the two trains I was on today but nope

    A new low from @VodafoneUK My phone was set up to have ZERO extra charges this was removed. Then 1 text sent by mistake from abroad that this cap would have blocked cost me 67p per letter. RIP off. Customer focused Service non existent

    @VodafoneUK terrible service trying to unlock a phone - what I was initially told would take 2 days is now running at 3 weeks! My dad is now without a phone because of this delay - unacceptable!

    I’ve used @VodafoneUK for I don’t know how many years, never a problem. The last two days though, awful, absolutely awful customer service, rude staff and still not got anywhere.

    after some confirmation from my brother, It appears to be an issue of some kind with my @VodafoneUK wifi hub, tried updating the firmware (failed), gonna try factory resetting, then firmware update, then will see what the next move is. to be continued I guess.

    @VodafoneUK The account holder was called by a manager. Internet cannot be reinstated until May 16 and the only solution we were told was for us to now give us our weekend afternoon to visit a Vodafone shop and for us to purchase a pay as you go sim to fit the dongle we have, truly shocking

    @VodafoneUK Paid my bill on the app with a debit card, and on your app it is still not showing as being paid. This has happened before but only with Vodafone. I shouldn’t be paying twice just because your system is awful.

    @VodafoneUK something wrong with your network we have two Vodafone mobiles that don't connect when dialing 0800 free numbers, they just end as soon as you call. EE mobile is able to call 0800 numbers.

    @VodafoneUK Surely the worst mobile company for customer service. Just unbelievable – I have to listen to my wife’s regular and endless calls of complaint! I’ve luckily never been with them! Each customer service call she makes actually *creates* new problems! Billing mainly.

    @VodafoneUK You clearly have a network issue with 0800 numbers but love to say that nothing is wrong although EE has no issue, might be better to cancel my contract and go with EE
