    Hei @Google I think you have issues with your CDN and @VodafoneUK broadband. My broadband is fine when downloading from anywhere than google sites. Apps updates and YouTube are slow, really slow. If I turn on VPN your services immediately go faster. Can you please have a look?

    @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK Part of the problem is not every energy provider has told their customers how they are receiving the £400. I think there is not set method, some are taking it off their customers bills, some are giving a refund....communication is key.

    @VodafoneUK I have done everything to get strongest network. Why was I not told this by uk customer services. I now have grounds for compensation on the basis advice was wrong and clearly conflicts with your advice now

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for reply. However that is not what they said. On the basis of what they said I spent 3 weeks plus struggling to find advice and assistance. They have a duty of care to ensure that the customer understands the implications of the possibility of inadequate systems.

    another 30 minutes wasted with the useless @VodafoneUK customer service, most likely from the far east. Still no esim. Vodafone - are you scammers ?

    @VodafoneUK Unfortunately it is still not working a day later. The activation should be instant like it is with other networks. Very disappointing, are you able to do anything on your end to make it work?
