    .@VodafoneUK Very dissatisfied with your broadband service. We were promised our broadband router will arrive on 2nd August. Then that became 13th August. Then 16th August. Then that became today. 3 different reschedules and we have not received the router 😡😡.

    Beyond disappointed. I’ve been a customer with .@VOXI_UK - and never had any issues whatsoever. Yet my experience with .@VodafoneUK broadband team has been nothing but a great disappointment.

    @VodafoneUK after years of being a business customer they issue illegal bills when you try and get a better deal with another. £718.22 charged when a better deal was found within the 14days cooling off period. Numerous calls. Useless!

    @VodafoneUK 1. wife and I both have phone contracts with you. Her phone is faulty, been sent off 3 times for repair but still doesn't work. Customer service are refusing to replace the phone, will only offer a free upgrade which she doesn't want and won't let her cancel for free

    @VodafoneUK how do you get someone to fix a problem with broadband outages? I’ve called up at least once a month and it still isn’t working???? A year ago I would have recommended to friends and family, but now!! I wish I had not renewed #disillusioned #fedup #vodaphonecomplaints

    My credit score has gone down by 25% because of @VodafoneUK doing numerous hard searches without my permission. Just as we have sold our house and trying to remortgage. Could cost us thousands. Another blow on top of being without internet for 2 weeks.

    @rfen25 @VodafoneUK They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine
