@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@Jxtpackerr @VodafoneUK @flyfour Yep, same. Using speedtest I can set the server to one of Vodafone's, and it's nice and fast. Changing it to anything else is ungodly slow.

@VodafoneUK I don’t want to cancel anything I just want to pay my contract off & go sim only with VODAFONE! It’s not like I want to leave. Don’t understand why I can’t pay it off & do that. Vodafone would still get the same amount of money out of me! Whats the difference of now or May?!

@VodafoneUK At my wits end. Trying to upgrade phone for 6 wks - 4 visits to Bury St Eds store, account cancelled and reset, 4 SOS calls made but still “loan account creation has failed”. Been with Vodafone all my mobile life. Formal #Complaint submitted. Recommend new provider?
