@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK Your front line staff are also blissfully unaware of what a Power of Attorney actually is. They constantly ask to speak to the account holder who lacks the capacity and where I am legally entitled to act on their behalf. Shocking customer service 😡

@VodafoneUK the second number on my account cannot make or receive WiFi calling. As I live in a rural area and Vodafone disconnected sure signal, resulting in no mobile signal, this is a ridiculous situation. Can you please address it ASAP?
