    Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

    @danboq @VodafoneUK At least @O2 only fob me off once every two weeks 🤪 And they don’t even give a reason, just knock the date back every time 🤣 As long as I have signal in time so I can send my Xmas texts I’ll be a happy chap

    Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

    @VodafoneUK sold me faulty broadband,charged me 100 of £ for data, after months of dispute agrd to cancel charges but ‘forgot’ i had to request a recording of call - took 30 days. It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

    @VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

    Customer service via a live chat with @VodafoneUK is like pulling teeth. A reply every 3 minutes and a question after a question. How many customers do you actually get through this way per day, surely it can't be many. Almost 45 mins for simple query! 😴😴😴😴😴😴

    @VodafoneUK It does now, but this should be made clear on marketing materials. I called to cancel my broadband sign up and they gave me £50 discount so it worked out ok in the end

    I have been scammed by @VodafoneUK Vodafone and @UK_Awin who promised a £100 Amazon gift card. Didn't receive and am unable to email the company as my email address is blocked - how convenient. I have found several others with the same issue. Might be time for trading standards.

    @virginmedia Don’t worry @virginmedia - problem solved. Ordered a new SIM from @VodafoneUK and transferred her old number. Very happy not to have to deal with @virginmedia ‘customer service’ any more.

    @VodafoneUK my friend has had terrible customer service spent 3.5 hours to online facility and still online now. They are having a laugh with her passing her from one to another. It’s like one big joke. This is on top of 2.5 hours last week. Another friend with horrendous service

    @VodafoneUK just had the worlds worst service and a 120 minutes of obstructive representatives! @VodafoneUK is ok to deliberately cut off and then arrange a callback at the equivalent of 3am for a night worker!! Avoid at all costs. Ofcom here I come
