    Thanks to @VodafoneUK call centre, that advised I had to go to store to cancel my phone, I just made the unnecessary trip, to be told, stores can’t cancel the contracts it’s all in the call centre 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

    @VodafoneUK the sim swap has been done over the phone but she is not tech savvy and I deal with all her issues but am not allowed to sort things for her. I appreciate there's privacy laws etc but there should be a system in place for this kind of situation

    It's taken me over 12months to get 2 SIM data packages cancelled off my @VodafoneUK account which I didn't want or need but was charged for even though i've been asking for it to be cancelled on many occasions either when I phoned up, had live chat or messages, awful service!

    @VodafoneUK Yes it's all set up and was working properly unless when I moved it from my router to my virgin modem/router is stopped. I wasn't sure which to attach it to as I run my virgin broadband through my own network router

    @bealster64 @VodafoneUK You are so salty. I’ve been with Vodafone since 2010 and never had any issues. I always getting a good prices and offers. I have Iphone 8 Plus and the IPad 2018. And I pay more or less like other people pay only for iphone X.

    @rymez2k @winter_heidi A colleague once blamed IT problems on "a saturated firewall" as that's what @VodafoneUK were telling businesses when there was a proxy server problem. I would never have believed such a thing existed if I hadn't seen it!
