@SiRound @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Am close. Finally though to cancellations They apparently understand my frustrations and will surely help

  • cosmeticexpert Peace & Love (@cosmeticexpert) reported

She has spend over 8 hours this week to customer service. She has made formal complaints to various people she's spoken to and has written a handwritten letter of complaint. Each customer service agent has been very patronising towards her @VodafoneUK

  • triumphhighpipe Tony Sims (@triumphhighpipe) reported

@VodafoneUK in need of help please. Moved house yesterday and still can’t get though to customers services to get my broadband moved. Been trying for 2 weeks to get through. Can anybody help??

  • alistairclare Alistair Clare (@alistairclare) reported

@John_Ogden @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Three is either famine or feast on data. I either get 300-800mbps or nothing. However it’s better than o2 for signal and where we live is the best signal randomly. I do feel your pain though. So many network issues where it should be fast but is so congested you get nothing

  • cosmeticexpert Peace & Love (@cosmeticexpert) reported

In addition the elderly person in question just wants a regular landline but Vodafone are now insisting it has to be connected through the internet so she'll have a VOIP...which she doesn't want. @VodafoneUK insist this is the only way to resolve the issue.

  • ScottSe90163927 Scott Sexton (@ScottSe90163927) reported

Can @VodafoneUK explain how my bill goes up 9.3%. And my signal is as bad as the early 3G around St Helens please?

Have you had any reports of increased accidental emergency calls recently @VodafoneUK? I'm on a moto g(30) and have had this since upgrading to Android 12 last week...

  • John_Ogden John Ogden (@John_Ogden) reported

@MrsSarahOgden @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK Over an hour with so called support and all they can offer is a transfer to a chatbot with a different name to repeat the same 6 variants of “reboot the device”, “we are looking into it” and “are we still connected”

  • BJDunn33 Billy Joseph Dunn (@BJDunn33) reported

@VodafoneUK I do not want to go through your bullshit syncing tests, go and check the GREEN BOX unit that my internet is coming through, copper lines are ***, were never meant for internet.
