    @VodafoneUK Hi. Can I raise an official complain about this Wilmslow store. I went for swim swap and they gave me some card too. But later when they found out about this issue , they have cancelled the sim swap and left wrong notes on account. I didn't not expected this customer service

    Most mobile providers now offer 'Internet calling' which means mobile signals via Internet. If you don't have a mobile signal your broadband will carry texts and calls. Therefore if you can shop online, you can recieve a text! @BBCNaga @Moneybox @O2 @VodafoneUK @EE

    @VodafoneUK I’m having an issue when making calls to landlines. The person on the receiving end is hearing really loud static noises to the point where they can’t hear me. This happens to various people in various locations. Any info would be helpful!

    @VodafoneUK upgraded yest & requested delivery to Crewe branch. No phone delivered there today! Was told it would be today....sadly this happened last time too! The tracking link in email not working! Wish you wouldn’t promise what you cannot deliver! It’s all about expectations!
