    Gosh mobile reception use pretty poor in @GunwharfQuays on @VodafoneUK . 4g i Adobe areas bit less than 1Mbps. Inside mostly 3g boy data. Some areas edge or 9 signal. Not good enough for 2020. @threeuk noticeably better but still not amazing

    @VodafoneUK customer service is appalling. Cant wait to leave! I hope you organise a big family #funday and it rains! You buy a boat and it leaks you buy a car and the wheels fall off or buy a submarine and it floats,and you get tea tree shampoo in not just 1 but all your eyes!

    @VodafoneUK could someone please help me apply a discount to my account. Tried by phone and was told to email, nothing. Phoned again and told to go in store. Was told it cannot be done in store and to phone again. Very frustrating.

    💯 will be leaving @VodafoneUK once my contract is up! Everytime I upgrade there is issue after issue and the customer service is shocking! I’m now stuck with a ridiculous phone bill that is going to leave me out of pocket every month for the next 2years 😡

    @TheBearBoo @VodafoneUK It's insane that it's taken this long to get it sorted. If this is the case then why couldn't they have looked at this 18 days ago. Surely if you've moved from one provider to the other and you're having problems the first thing you check is that the number has been moved across.

    Ah @VodafoneUK are excelling themselves today. Email about an order which I cancelled with the help of executive level complaints - apparently hasn’t been cancelled at all! Absolute idiots!
