I don't know how many times @VodafoneUK have to be told in-door signal 📶 in #Cromarty is non-existent, even with a plug in booster. I don't receive texts or calls & can't make any. The mast in #Invergordon has been at fault for years. FIX THE MASTS IN #RossShire & #BlackIsle 😠

@VodafoneUK Upgraded my contract 5 weeks ago. New phone didn’t arrive, spoken to 3 different people, all of whom basically palmed me off. Spent 3 hours in a store today, left with no service and had to pay for a SIM card to be able to use my old phone. Still waiting on my new…

@VodafoneUK is there an issue with online and telephone customer service since last night? I’ve been trying to contact regarding an upgrade which I processed at 5pm yesterday but have had no emails etc about?

@swlines @VodafoneUK @CityFibre This is basically why I left Vodafone some years ago. There was a well-publicised story at the time about a falcon nesting on a mast in Southampton causing issues, I called to ask for an update and was given the idiot script about turning my phone off and on again.

@VodafoneUK I’m in central london, my phone says I have full signal & 5G. So why do my calls keep failing & why doesn’t the internet work? Awful service!

@DrAshSmith @VodafoneUK @CityFibre To be fair to Vodafone, there's little they can do in this scenario. It's all on CityFibre who damaged their own fibre and seem in no hurry to resolve it. A indictment on their company network if they're trying to take the battle for "full fibre" to the incumbents.

A nice @CityFibre engineer turned up on Tuesday morning and said there was indeed a fibre break in road & that they didn't know (despite another team allegedly reporting it). Supposedly 24-48 hours to fix but heard no more since. We enter day 7 of no connection... @VodafoneUK

@janeskyn @VodafoneUK Been there,done that-know the pain. Left bundles (Virgin) as usually one thing goes down, all will be down prbly. Changed mobile to Three (£16 for unlimited data, calls,tether). Broadband w/Vodafone- first contract (18 months)-no issues.
