So @SkyUK finally just replied to me on Messenger. Then said that as I’ve been with them for over 10 days I’ll need an engineer. Except I only had the service installed on Friday, not 10 days ago. Such poor service. So @SkyUK cancelled and over to @VodafoneUK instead now.

Interesting that @VodafoneUK say OpenReach confirms a higher minimum speed than @SkyUK are advising I will get as a minimum. On top of that, @VodafoneUK’s own guarantee is higher again too. Maybe I should’ve gone with @VodafoneUK instead. Might cancel @SkyUK not even a week in.

@muzicbrew @VodafoneUK Past 2/3 weeks now, every evening drops top 2/3 mpbs. They don’t even bother replying to me anymore. There app saying I’m getting speeds of 50 odd. Which I never have. It’s fraud!

So, I wait until Wednedsay for an update on my broadband as informed by @VodafoneUK and they update is wait until Thursday. I wait until Thursday and the update is wait until Monday. 2 months I've waited so far for broadband and I'm still waiting. Shocking service does cover it!!
