    @VodafoneUK really disappointed with the customer service I received when calling about our broadband. The Technical team didn’t know how to resolve the issue, so asked me to send them pictures to an email address but when I tried to send them it says the e-address doesn’t work.

    @VodafoneUK Been waiting now for 3 weeks for my iPhone 11 Pro Max upgrade,keep being told it’s not in stock whilst customer services continue to sell stock you don’t have! Also,the offer I have to sell my current iPhone XS Max will be rescinded in the next 5 days due to the wait!

    @VodafoneUK Really dissapointed with the broadband service. We were supposed to be up and running last Thursday and nothing. No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

    @VodafoneUK have had my phone disconnected for 30 hours that I’m aware of now. No warning to any restriction either. I have spoken to online team who fob me off with “it’ll be 24hours” Absolutly disgusted with the service. Maybe I’ll cancel the upgrade we’ve just done :/

    @VodafoneUK having the worst ever experience in transferring my in laws broadband and phone line over to yourselves. Should have been completed last Monday 2nd December. Still not fixed. Now have elderly in laws worrying they can’t get a call from elderly relatives. Dissapointed
