So we see advertised WiFi with boosters. Finally the BroadBand product manager realised the main customer issue. But why can’t I buy Vodafone boosters anywhere without signing up to a new service . You are missing a trick. Why create an unhappy existing customer base.@VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK wtf, I didn't ask for new plan, I asked 4 broadband to be cancelled, u are causing me a lot of stress, being deaf, make it harder to communicate, used your chat function, on for more than an hour, it taking 2 years to get this sorted, not happy 🤬

Shocking internet service from @VodafoneUK no internet since Tuesday and now told probably no internet until next Tuesday. I’ve spent about 15 hours phoning them this week... staff polite but all they can say each time is “Wait... wait .. wait...”. Waiting for a miracle right now
