    Looking everywhere for a openreach approved router this @VodafoneUK router is just terrible, the internet keeps dropping despite the changes they made to the settings for me. If anyone is using a third party router with Vodafone and getting decent results let me know please.

    Why do you @VodafoneUK never just charge just the £6 per 24 hours when roaming in the USA & then come up with a load of excuses about time zones etc. You expect to take £6 if turn roaming for 5 mins if turned on in whatever time zone at 23.55 and then another £6 after 0.00-Crazy!

    @VodafoneUK I have sent a DM,Id be grateful if it can be resolved quickly and escalated as a complaint. Money has been taken out of my account for an incorrect bill. No sign of the credit I was told I’d be getting. If it isn’t sorted soon I’m going to Ofcom. As a loyal customer for 10 yrs
