@VodafoneUK I understand that but to lock people out of access to my Vodafone account for up to 12 hours last night is not on especially when your website went down last night at 7pm which would been peak time for people to be online but at least it’s going now. 👍

@Fat_Jacques @VodafoneUK weirdly I've always found the in-store people from VF very helpful, until now (although one did advise that the service in town was poor because the mast was massively overloaded and due for replacement, and suggested moving to EE instead)

@VodafoneUK Again this is taking me down the Tobi and Bot route. 191 is dodgy line setup to send text links to mobiles. No matter what I try, I can't get through to a human being and that's purposely setup to make life difficult.
