@VodafoneUK so fed up with how slow my internet is.....so bad I had to tweet using 4G...called you over 10 times and still never sorts out the problem...annoyed is an understatement!!!

@willbramhill @VodafoneUK Thanks Will, fuming. It's business critical and I was met with robotic responses which escalated to the patronising when I questioned compliance with consumer law. A 50 day phone is not 'reasonably durable' (it's not been broken).

Sadly looks like after 3 years with @VodafoneUK when my contract ends in August, I'll be joining another network. Charging me £40 more than it should and refusing correct the bill

@VodafoneUK Hello. Very poor signal in the BD22 9xx area. Has been intermittent all day. Please could you investigate this? Your status checker is okay for checking current faults, but how come I’m not able to report new faults here? You can with @O2 !
