@VodafoneUK I’ve apparently gone over 16GB of data “a contract I was put on because I would never go over this allowance” rang your customer service for help/advice. Told me she couldn’t see anything or help! Couldn’t take my complaint either had to be done online. Charged £20 extra!

@VodafoneUK, can you tell me why after 3 separate occasions I explicitly called to cancel my contract, my contract still has not been cancelled?! I found out only because extortionate monthly fees are being taken from my account, for a @VodafoneUK contract I cancelled months ago.

@VodafoneUK, Got up this morning and Voda broadband was not working. Called support and an engineer is scheduled for tomorrow. However, using mobile data feels like a decade old 2.5G. Also been having slow or no connection at a few other places too. Slow and poor network!

@VodafoneUK Since Saturday 13 Aug my mothers wi-fi has been down. She has spoken to approx 6 advisors and all promised to restore it. This has still not happened. Surely she must be able to cancel her account with no penalties as you are taking her money and still not providing a service.
