    Gutted to get a text yesterday from @VodafoneUK to say my p30pro isn't available in my selected colour just yet. Then get email today saying I'm on a waiting list. 8 years worth of custom just to get patched. Then give away a p30pro in my colour free to a comp winner. Awful

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is awful, my husband was on hold for nearly an hour then when he did get through to someone they spoke to him then cut him off! He’s currently back on hold waiting to speak to someone again!

    @mannii_x @VodafoneUK @GDCBox I’ve had a similar experience with @GDCBox through an offer via @VodafoneUK. Placed my order and after 10mins decided it wasn’t what I wanted so emailed to cancel the order. 24hrs later get an email saying too late to cancel! Now no reply to emails!
