@BarclaysUK I would really appreciate some help changing the address on my sons account. He can’t online on the Youth App and Chat is down plus we keep getting disconnected to the call Center. We’ve been trying for months and still haven’t managed it. Post redirect has now ended.

You should support your customers by automatically giving the consent to let (without charges) to all customers caught out in this nightmare. What is exactly your reasoning for refusal? @BarclaysUK trying to open account for son via video call. Huge wait times no matter what time or day. Tonight, been in queue for 2h15, reach 4th position and you close the service. What a joke!
