@hbomax you’re app on Roku TVs is absolutely useless. I can’t even make it 30 seconds without the app crashing. Doesn’t do that with Netflix or Hulu or even tbs. what’s the deal?!?!? I have videos to back up. Doesn’t crash in Apple TV. Only Roku. Get it together guys.

@HBOMaxHelp Currently it on the tv app. It’s been doing this everytime I play “reminiscence” literally 20 minutes from the ending and it keep throwing this error and restarting the movie when I play it again.

@HBOMaxHelp The same as everyone else trying to use the app on Roku. Constant crashes trying to load up a show/movie. If a show does start, if you press any button on your remote, its gonna crash. My brother says he has the same problems on his Roku TV. Same as a lot of people on here do.

@HBOMaxHelp cannot watch downloaded stuff on the plane because it keeps logging me out of the app and I need the internet to log back in. As soon as the screen goes to sleep and I wake it up again I am logged out and can’t do anything. Please fix this problem soon. (Sub thru DTV)
