@hbomax has the worst website of any streaming service. I constantly have to refresh it because it freezes or won’t go to the next episode. So annoying!!!!

If @hbomax really wants to compete in this streaming war they need to catch up. Their show and movie selection is solid, but when you Google "HBO Max cutting out" the Google answer is "This is a common issue with HBO Max" that is not good. Add to that the fact you still can't

@hbomax I just tried to fill out your feedback survey. I like your service and wanted to help you. Clarion Research claimed the survey would take 12 minutes, but that's a flat lie. Even if I derped my way through without thinking it'd take way more. I rage-quit before submit.

@ToreScoobyFan @hbomax It feels like that to me too. I think HBO Max dissolved that DC streaming service last year as well. It's good HBO has a full Scooby selection, but for the time being, I'm only interested in their Hannah Barbara content, and wish they would work on that.

@HBOMaxHelp Hi! My biggest complaint is that your closed captioning is VERY hit or miss. I’ll start a series (veep!) and it will work perfectly for an episode or two and then it disappears and no amount of trying to turn cc on/off, restarting the show/app etc fixes it.

So I saw that @TENETFilm is on @hbomax and I got all excited. Settled in, and… *rewinds 10 seconds* Wait. What?! *turns up volume and rewinds again* OMG- I can’t understand what they’re saying! Googled “Tenet sound” and it is a thing! Apparently the sound mixing is AWFUL.

@HBOMaxHelp Another complaint is that shows just error out in the middle of watching them (hacks!) and again, no amount of exiting the show/the app or waiting (even days!) to try and watch it again will it reset the show and start working.
