    @moe_lean @IBKR I read in the forums that you have to enable SSL to solve the issue. I tried and it worked for me. Hopefully it solves the problem for you too.

    @IBKR Can you please fix your Trade workstation? I can not enter new any tickers into my watchlists. The farms will not reload. It seems every time theres a new update things get corrupted. Its really annoying and unprofessional to say the least.

    I have been trying to get the customer support departments of @IBKR and @degiroeu to talk to each other for 7 months now and it’s an unending stream of “something went mysteriously wrong, please ask the other party to reach out to us again”

    Props to @IBKR for actually honoring my deposits immediately lately. Too bad I have no clue whether they'll be honored or held for 4 days before I make them. Any tips on knowing how this works would be appreciated. It's faster to push money to IBKR if they hold it for 4 days.

    @IBKR I need to report a serious bug in the web-interface (using Windows, Chrome). When clicking CLOSE on a position, a BUY order appears (which should be sell since it's a long position). This already cost me quite a lot cause I didn't notice it.

    @Wholewit @HK20890303 @IBKR Last time it affected me, they decided to start a server upgrade at noon on a Friday. This past Friday i had options expiring and couldn't log in to close them out. I'm not usually an urgent trade, but can't imagine some who day trade getting that suprise on a Friday.

    @NotDovBerns @NickGiva @IBKR I actually think there are some things they do very well, ive used their managed accounts offering for a while and its hard to fault, my issues are only really with data connection (order entry can be fkg annoying too)

    @IBKR It's mad that whenever I need to call you guys I call exactly when the lines open and hold time is already at 10 mins and always at "unusually high volume". Sort your customer service out! People need sorting before market open.

    @IBKR when are you going to fix your awful app? Had a contract liquidated on Friday. No confirm. Trade does not show up in trade history. Position just disappears from my portfolio. Embarrassingly bad service.
