@IBKR Worst service in the Industry!!! Tech support phone tree NEVER gets you to the right place! Software deletes windows from your setup daily and you have to re-add. General support hold is 30min + usually. WAKEUP IB! You know how bad your support is and dont care.

@PolTimmer @IBKR *zero* shares of $XLRE printed at the price I was filled at, so it's going to be an issue. Orders with a "limit" or "price cap" option should be "limiting" or "capping" your downside, not upside. Marketable orders should be filled at market (with chosen DOWNSIDE LIMITS.) IMHO.

@IBKR Well it definitely has poor customer service, I’ve been waiting over 2 months for my business account to get approved after waiting over 2 weeks for an application issue that was your fault to get resolved. 2.5 months later and still waiting…

@IBKR pro client here can you stop shutting your platform down at midnight every single night? kinda tired of losing thousands of dollars over your random restarts, data cuts and unannounced server outages trying to trade futures on IBKR is like lighting yourself on fire

@PoliJunkie20 @IBKR Already there. Vanguard for IRA, TD for Roth IRA, but will likely move it as they don't support automatic contributions, which is the key to maximizing returns, IMHO. Raise RAM quota in ToS, and you'll be good. Can use Medved Trader and a 3rd party for lagless data w/ ♾ levels.

@Mike_Hunt_Sr @joyflow4 They tried to fix it but as everything at @IBKR fixing errors takes ages. It should be very simple though they just need to aggregate IB UK account and IB Ireland account and treat them as one consolidated account.

@IBKR has been wonderful to work with untill today. The rep I worked with was unable to assist with a 3rd party wire. It ended with him saying IBKR cannot handle my needs and I can look for other brokers who may be able to. @IBKR can u help? @CharlesSchwab maybe we can we talk?

Scared to use "take profit". Lots to love w/ IBKR, but the rest is AWFWUL. I've lost LOADS of $$ from connectivity/data failures, misleading design, lag/errors, faulty UI/UX, mis-quoting the NBBO, server outages, ACH unpredictability. So many bust-worthy orders. Fck U @IBKR

@IBKR When can we expect an actual working software? TWS is slow and freezes all the time. It’s a joke. Flipping through tickers is impossible. That crap should have been killed 10 years ago.

@battousai1130 @IBKR No other broker has API access, low margins, free wire transfers, or access to all the products I trade, I'm using them for a reason, but this is too much with all the errors/disconnects They used to honor my deposits instantly, dunno what happened, but I use Vanguard/TD mostly
