So I'm more of a swing trader - taking my time and watching for trends and opportunities. They should really teach this stuff in school, but teachers themselves are typically very bad with money anyway.

Does anyone at @Chase know why Requests for Payment I initiate from @IBKR do not show up for approval on Chase's website or your app? I've wasted well over 60 minutes talking to your help line and they have no clue. Thank you.

I have sent absolutely every document under french law yet your compliance service, that must be outsourced, demands some more documents that do not exist under french law. You keep asking fir registre des bénéficiaires effectifs, we have given this document under lawyer signature many time now. You have the statuts, the Kbis, attestation from our lawyer, CEO signatures. After a month of going back and forth could you please, please DO SOMETHING about it?

Brokers never report retail $AMC holdings which allows ongoing fraud. IBKR Robinhood & other platforms continue to loan retail shares (that's part of the problem).

joe (@Yogithebearish) reported@IBKR Your investment into support is FAQ and AI. That is not helpful. What is helpful is talking to people. Hire people to do the job not a robot because trying to navigate you FAQ and AI to get to a location to speak with a person is a frustrating nightmare.

I called because I was having an issue, and they told me there is no one to speak to by phone that I must file a ticket on the app. I did so, and it says it could take weeks for a response to the matter. Weeks?!

However, my request was rejected with the message saying that my financial profile does not meet the eligibility requirements. I would like to understand specifically what is causing the rejection and what exact requirements I need to update or meet in order to qualify for Options Level 2 trading permissions. However, I am still unable to receive the trading permissions I requested, and I keep receiving only automated responses without a clear explanation or solution. I respectfully ask for a proper manual review of my account by a specialist and clear guidance on exactly what needs to be changed or updated for approval. I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this issue, and if this cannot be resolved properly, I may consider withdrawing my funds and using another broker platform instead. Please review my account carefully and assist me with a real solution. Thank you.

Mark Meyer (@MarkMeyerBuilds) reportedI deposited 5k into @IBKR to test out my trading bot being they have API available.. I have already withdrew the money back out for two reasons. One, the gateway portal seems to have been created in 1998. Awful UI. Second, and the most pertinent was the death by auth codes.

They block tickers now, they price cap anything remotely volatile, even large caps so you're stuck in a bad trade or can't enter a good one. This broker is anti-success. High fees and trading interference. Run from this broker.
