I just want to remind everyone how incredibly bad @ibkr is for trading. They have great reviews, so I test drove it for 1 week then they froze my wire transfers out for weeks. I had to file a finra complaint to get them to release my funds. but its not just that. The trading platform was created in the 1950s. every click results in 5-30 seconds latency. late stage my space.

@IBKR @Preqin I'm having trouble completing my tax update. The system won't accept my tax ID, even though it's correct. It's the same as last year—it hasn't changed. From what I've noticed, the TAX ID field has the wrong number of characters assigned to the TAX ID for Poland. 1/2

@IBKR @Preqin Entering my PESEL number (11 char) in this field works. The TAX ID field for Poland should have 10 characters, while the PESEL field should have 11. It's now messed up, with two TAX ID fields. Please fix this, as my account is blocked because you've prepared the form incorrectly.

@IBKR Interactive Brokers, be more interactive. Your customer service is pathetic. I'm seeing a “Reopen account” option if I log in now. That means my account is permanently closed? I just closed it last week.

@JohnArnoldFndtn Neither of these is a good option. Have him open an account at @IBKR, enroll in stock yield enhancement (fully paid lending), help him pick a few good companies & indices to invest in, and come up with a “fun $” budget so he can learn the hard way what 0dte options and event contracts cost a long term investor.

@IBKR @IBKR I did not make the kind of daily profit shown in the screenshot. Yet, the IBKR mobile app displayed what you see in the image. It’s off by an order of magnitude. The problem lasted at least for several minutes, or it might have been like an hour or so. Don’t know why.
