    @manifestmatthew @IBKR I came from ToS... it was a good platform, I miss it... but I can't stand TD Ameritrade. Crap execution... and many people here complain about it crashing during periods of volatility. IBKR has MANY problems. I often hate them. But to me it seems like the best of the worst lol

    @IBKR This is a total joke. I tried using it to deposit money and haven’t seen my $4k of funds in over a month. Customer service is beyond incompetent.

    @IBKR I've been waiting an hour for live chat to connect me to someone. The last time I called, I waited an hour, connected with someone, and they didn't answer my question and after an hour I had to hang up. Why has customer service gotten so terrible at IBKR? It used to be good

    @Tony_BATtista @IBKR but I did manage to put an order in above what I thought it should be and then they showed a bid/ask and got filled. This happened last time vol spiked last week and i wanted to get out but hung on. Thanks for your help though

    @IBKR I hope that you will develop a method for returning the password without referring to the customer service that does not answer the customers

    @stephenonelson @IBKR Im not familiar with IBKR and would consult with their support. Seems suspect that you cant take a $30 hit, no difference than if you accepted $30 less when you initially opened .... -- you did cancel your 50% closing order right

    If I were a late night futures trader, I'd be pretty salty at @IBKR right about now... "Server error... will retry in 1 second". I'm just trying to watch futes dang it

    @IBKR Hi Im an IBK customer. I transfered positions to IBK 1 month ago but it is not reflect in my account yet. Every time i reached out IBK, customer services confirmed reception but a delay to process transfers(CS doesn’t answer live chat or phone call). Can you help me?

    @IBKR Your margin accounts are fine. It's your server bandwidth in Australia you need to work on. TWS is almost unusable when you are pulling enough ticker data

    @IBKR Only the name is interactive... Other things are worst. Service is even more worse.. 10 days still no reply no reply to calls. Online chats are not connected to agent. Take some fees but atleast improve service level. @IBKR No1 award does matter. Customer satisfaction is zero

    I sent a deposit to @IBKR one week ago using @Wise, the money is not reflected in the account and I can no longer access it. What's going on? I need it now. #customerexperience #transferwise bad first experience with #interactivebrokers that fails to update customers.
