    @IBKR nice way to lose a future customer by not covering a transfer fee. What a stupid policy. Yeah, I would like to transfer over $500 million but I want you to cover the transfer fee. Sorry sir, it's policy we don't cover transfer fees, please take your $500 million elsewhere.

    @ilikeoptions @IBKR They've said that before and they don't know WTF they are talking about. Try MMED (Mind Med), a stock that trades ONLY on NEO. You can trade it on IBKR. IBKR calls NEO "AEQLIT" and the ******* who answered your ticket didn't know that's another name for NEO.

    Despite wining $10K in the @IBKR virtual sports betting competition, I can't claim my prize or open a brokerage account even after 2 months of phone tag with technical support due to a software bug in your application process...Had fun but sad ending

    Still no $ABXX symbol on the @IBKR platform this morning, despite that I sent them a support ticket over a week ago telling them this was coming and stressing that several HNW IB customers want to trade the stock on opening day. @IBKR customer svc couldn't be worse if they tried

    @IBKR Your compliance teams have now blocked 3 securities from being traded. I have left numerous messages but they have failed to reply or recertify the issue. This has costs me $$. I have raised a formal complaint with the FCA and the SEC.
