@TraderMike Still having trouble also. I was told by someone else having issues, that if you set the trade to after hours that was a workaround, but didn’t work for me either. Still no access. Surprised at @IBKR given their size that this is a problem

@LSKMSun @ArabianPeninsu @IBKR There is another solution, open IBKR by mobile app then in left corner you'll see service click there then you'll see two-factor. Click that then creates a new PIN number once you finish it that mean you are creating for finger printing.Then pick Tread. Now you can login

@IBKR had a system outage on Dec 7th whereby customers couldn't log in for a few hours! Have filed a compensation claim for lost profit but they are not even responding to follow ups. Pathetic customer service & great way to destroy a business which is built ONLY on trust!

@IBKR I just signed up for your service and it's not great. The 2FA never works, I always have to do a challenge through the app. And your java app doesn't allow pasting passwords so I can't use the one from my password manager. Are you encourage weak, easy to remember passwords?

@YahwehOrBust @ShagwongS @IBKR for what it’s worth i think #TD does a good job. Sure, some of the usual BS, but I’ve never been on hold for 10 minutes in 10 years. I’ve never had an issue with a wire. Also, i like the #TOS system (Think or Swim). Not sure what happens when #Schwab takes over.

back to #TOS from @IBKR after 5 years, it's a relief, IBKR is still better with cross-asset BP relief and filling arbitrary cross-instrument spreads though, but not being scared for a FUT OPT pos getting liquidated overnight at terrible marks is worth it, and god IBKR GUI suxx!

The best was this kid in Hong Kong for $IBKR tonight when I asked him if there was something bad going on inside @IBKR ... he giggled at me . I told him I had worked at firms that blew up and taking phones off hook so nobody could get thru was precisely what happened

at this point , i think its time for somebody from SEC to head over to $IBKR @IBKR headquarters and make sure somebody is still there .............. just sat on hold from 3pm to 5:28 with a rather pressing problem and gave up no way to email them and the help chat is down

@IBKR I've never managed to get your Chat support to work. It always stalls or fails with some error. The website sometimes kicks me out at as well. It's frustrating to try and get support.

@jenkins_roscoe @IBKR I mean I can get a human on phone if my $99 coffee machine breaks to get help / replacement in minutes . These morons at @IBKR think it’s acceptable to tell a pretty large client it’s normal to wait 2.5 hours on hold and never get thru ? They have serious problems

@jenkins_roscoe I used to have coverage at $IBKR ... he left and his replacement never called . I will have replacement name tomorrow or my accounts are leaving $IBKR . Their client service has gone from silly bad to dangerously bad . I’ll pay higher commish vs put up with @IBKR **** service
