@IBKR Beware of Interactive Brokers! The did never finished my application for various reasons, and after I canceled did not return my initial deposit! Customer support is terrible, not even answering my emails. Will need to start legal proceedings to get back my money!!! Terrible

@IBKR I am trying to reach IBs customer service since 3 days without success. The Live Chat doesn’t allocate an agent even after 1h and/or just gives you a time-out error message. CC doesn’t take the call. and when I tried to send an email I got an “unknown error”. what is this?

@m_pereire @HLInvest @IBKR Same here. Happened before ...their infrastructure old tired like the app/web not fit for purpose, and they’re doing nothing to fix. I’m leaving. Best alternative is #Trading212 no commissions no fx charges (HL 0.45% rip off) good for general investing and ISAs. Good luck 👍🏻

Seriously folks, @IBKR almost never has platform issues. Super cheap commissions and you can trade EVERYTHING there. Not sure why serious traders mess around with other retail brokerages.

Been trying to place an order using @HLInvest for over 3-hours and the order will not fill. Absolute joke considering @IBKR is having no issues. I'm giving #HL till April 1st to fix the platform. Would suggest others do too!

@IBKR You definitely need to give your clients better customer service; the 1 hour waits are ridiculous. Additionally, the lack of timely response to written messages is getting totally unacceptable. Other than customer service IBKR is pretty good.🤬

@IBKR I couldn't withdraw my funds for a week now, (2 days to clear the stock market, 2 days to clear the fx, etc.) and now i'm even seeing "Error - Your balance can not be displayed" on the withdrawal screen. I'm just trying to withdraw money to the same account. What is up guys?
