Shraey (@iamshraey_) reported@IBKR I did that and out of frustration I have written here as they are asking to use my passport when passport is not in one of the options offered for Australia clearly documented in the ticket and screenshot I submitted. They only offer Australian drivers license and then on submission call id type invalid. The tech team on a call just mentions to try again rather than solving the issue and a musical chair game is going on between support and tech folks.

Brandon (@D3GSolutions) reportedOn @IBKR buy an options contract nothing wild just a put on a 100 lot of ZS. Contract was trading at .01 for the bid and .27 for the ask. I put the midway .14 literally smack in the middle. Contract instantly fills. For .21 lol like wtf man.

The fact that they're opening to agents is the tell that the UX/UI moat these consumer platforms built is already eroding, and in a few years it won't be worth much. DoorDash is better positioned than Robinhood thanks to its physical delivery infrastructure. If @IBKR or other cheaper brokers open agent access, Robinhood is in real trouble (execution is a commodity the moment the agent is the user).

They must be sued, and an ALERT must be issued to customers to avoid the BAD SERVICE and disrespect of this trap called ibkr.

todd morse (@ihottoddy) reported@IBKR Ur total garbage. I switched from schwab and swith back after one day. U dont tell people u have to have 100k to get best margin rate then at 1259. All margins go up to 50% and u sell some of my stocks. Customer service is trash also..u should be shut down

Nate (@nathan96911) reported@IBKR I have spent the week trying to get thru to a person to talk to about my account. Your automated phone service hangs up when you select speak to agent. It tells you to log in but it does not log in. And tells you contact customer service for login assistance.

They sent me to read some article that i couldn't see. I was going to send support a screen shot of what I saw when i clicked on the article link, but there support chat had a bug and the upload didn't work! You can't make this stuff up. In the end support told me to come back tomorrow and try.
