@IBKR I had problems with desktop client all day today. Usually I trade on Mac, but it wasn't working in the morning. Tried Win11 later in the day. Started well and got all hosed later. No real time option prices, no current portfolio updates.

@IBKR I opened a ticket a week ago and only received boiler plate delay responses with no action. My money has been locked up until the ticket resolves. Horribly customer service experience. How can I get IBKR to see me as an actual priority and not just another number?

@Teslaconomics I am with @IBKR, they let me mind my own business - and have super low fees. Also, for those who trade on margin, they have a good algorithm to help investors not trade themselves into being margin called.

@panid596 @IBKR Never had that experience. I have always been in contact with a real person when I have had to use their support portal and the longest I ever had to wait was overnight which is not the worst to be honest.
