    2/2 @IBKR #FAIL continued ... To transfer funds between my own accounts, I need to use my bank account? Using Safari on MBP, the "bot" won't let me send a message to Support ! Tried a different browser & my session expired abruptly before I could compose my message! 👎

    @IBKR The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Have left several inquiries on messaging service with no reply for days/weeks, called several times and held for at least 40 minutes with no one picking up! Is nearly impossible to get any issue raised and resolved. Terrible!

    @IBKR For a multibillion pound business you are very difficult to contact! Cant reply to emails that you send. No UK telephone support number.

    @IBKR been on hold for almost 2 hours .... same thing every time I call in .... disappointing no one in this industry provides reasonable/acceptable customer service .... hopefully a truly disruptive player joins this industry and soon #ikkr
