just found out my interactive brokers account @IBKR liquidated several thousands of my shares over 16c of margin which I didn't even know I had as i never trade on margin! unbelievable!!! and no customer service agents available to help me

A friend has an issue where IBKR wants to know origin of wealth and has blocked trading. He has provided proof but they are not accepting it. His income is 100% legit, no shady stuff going on. Not responding to his tickets now. @IBKR your customer service could be better

Just today I’ve had my Google TV suddenly refuse to connect to Wi-Fi, my car Bluetooth suddenly refuse to connect to my phone, and @IBKR’s app completely broken due to API errors.

@Hoarsewhisper99 @IBKR Fortunately, they backed off these requirements last week. I believe maintenance is down to 55%, which is acceptable. Alot of big name fund managers saw this and likely made their distaste known.

[10 DAYS] Hey Interactive brokers @IBKR, I can't access my client portal. Tried changing browser, VPN, clearing cache, mobile, etc. Nothing works. I've raised this issue 10 days ago via email and phone call. But still no updates. Help?

Has anyone else had a terrible customer service experience with @IBKR? They offered a 33% refund on a trade that was 3 months ago that was entirely their platforms fault. I asked a follow up question and they pulled the 33%. Is this how they operate? @Ducky_Trades @ShinobiSignals

@IBKR, why is my TWS extremely slow on Mac book Air M1? I allocated the largest portion of MAC memory resources to run the terminal, but still, it takes 10-15 seconds for MAC to react after I press the buttons. @AppleSupport works fine on mobile.

@VanVianney Crazy biz. IIRC they defended a trademark for the word 'gin' in the Phillipines because their flagship product was synonymous with gin in the country. Thats like Johnnie Walker trademarking 'scotch'. I would buy, but @IBKR doesn't support trading in the Phillipines last I checked
