    @nope_its_lily @IBKR Same for much small individual accounts. The issue is they genuinely do not see themselves in the services industry (somehow) and therefore feel no need to hire excellent CX managers (in particular - CX managers from outside 'tech).

    @IBKR Terrible software. Charts are slow as fck…the constant “attempting to retrieve data” makes it impossible to trade from TWS.

    @IBKR My complaint no. Inquiry #T916874 - U10115486 to IBKR for tracing fund transfer on 19th July is pending for more than 75 days. Does it take so long for for a simple transfer of funds. #IBKR #citibank

    I have to say on the professional side, @IBKR has some of the longest setup and worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm severely disappointed and would absolutely recommend alternatives to anyone looking to trade at scale.

    @whitebreadfox @IBKR Tws works incredibly slow on my mac m1, but mobile version works 👍. I am complaining for a year already, they won’t fix I think.

    @IBKR How about fixing your android app... 2 days now with no home page in the app... Since yesterday the app is playing about... The home page doesn't show at all.. Just error message.... Below Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found

    @nope_its_lily @IBKR It's one of the best when you live here in Germany though, there is no single platform with prices that low and that many possible products. Good luck trading options instead of those stupid warrants otherwise.

    Not sure if I should trust @IBKR with my money. Account locked for trading, repeatedly chasing agents to help me, with no success. Despite website clearly stating no minimum net worth required, I was told to add funds to reach a minimum. Very close to changing brokers.
