    @SixSigmaCapital @IBKR I never had a problem with mine. It is a segregated account, so you can only wire to your own account. If you don’t include your username it takes longer to show on the platform tho

    I have 500 bucks left in my @IBKR account that I can't be arsed to remove, and yet I can't even buy anything with it due to their rediculus minimum buy constraints. Worst ******* tradfi platform on the planet. The UX needs a complete rewrite.

    @IBKR Why does your platform run so awful. Also, I did an ACH transfer into my account that I initiated on Friday and the funds aren't settled in my account. Also, the UI and website are so buggy. You guys need to step up your game. What's the deal? @CharlesSchwab settles my funds after 2 business days. What is the deal ?

    Would not recommend @IBKR to anyone at the moment. Locked out of trading account due to a system bug for a week. No one able to give an answer when this is fixed or resolved. No apologies, compensation or updates. Lousy customer care. Who is the regulatory body in the US?

    Is anyone else experiencing an issue in IBKR TWS where alert lines stop appearing on charts, even though the alerts are still active in the alerts window? I’ve been dealing with this issue for years now ... 😢 @IBKR

    @IBKR @JoseTorresEcon This is out of desperation contact attempt: Recently opened an IBKR account and trying to transfer in meaningful funding into the said account. Having a glitches and find there is NO WAY to get hold of a real live agent, unlike TOS or many others. How could this be? Please help!

    If anyone happens to be having problems with the API on @IBKR after last night's TWS update to 10.43, go to file, change version, and stable and that fixes it IBKR is working on a fix but this is their short term solution

    After around 1 year of investing I transferred all my positions from @DEGIRO to @IBKR for risk exposure I had gone from 81.5K€ to 160K€ but the inflation prints and the overall bearishness cycle slowly landed me around ~113K€ Around that time I decided to load up on $RKLB warrants because I loved the company so much (yes, there were $RKLB warrants at some point) These contracts - I didn’t know it at the time - had pretty simple but specific rules : If the stock traded higher than $10 for an extended period of time (~2 weeks I think) the company could redeem them, no matter what the current price was. And man did they redeem them The stock was trading at $8 when they did so, offering us the option to buy the stock at the warrant strike price, $11.5, making them basically worthless on a cash basis I got demolished. I freaked out so bad I didn’t where to hide, for the first time as a market participant, I wanted to cry When I discovered there was a cashless exercice option that gave ~0.3 share per warrant, I was actually relieved. But the damage to my portfolio was severe regardless, basically a 70% wipeout on that massive position I didn’t know it at the time but that event was the trigger for a highway to 14K€ When I said in my quoted tweet that it’s going to be hard, this is what I’m referring to

    Tried to use @IBKR app to buy some QQQ and it was such a bad experience. This is my first time investing so it was overwhelmingly complicated. I put in an application at @public but haven't heard anything back. Their app looks so much easier!

    @IBKR Thx for your reply, but this was a week ago. 😬 This was a first technical issue in a long time, so no hard feeling, but would have liked a much swifter response in the app,this took several hours and that is just too long.

    @IBKR You must have Push notification enabled on your Phone to confirm your withdrawal request within the app. Otherwise please login to Client Portal and confirm your Withdrawal request. ?

    @speculator20221 @chessdunk @IBKR I think I know why it might have happened to me. There was some kind of form about API Authentication that I was supposed to sign when I logged into the Client Portal a couple of days ago. I was in a hurry, so I passed over it, figured I'd do it later. Apparently, that might have been enough. The worst thing is, for some reason, they cancelled my Stop Loss on the live trade that I was in, but didn't cancel the trade itself (let that one sink in). Luckily, the trade went in my direction a bit, so I was no worse for wear. I still stayed on the phone, on hold, after that, because I was going to give them an earful ... but at the 2.5 hour mark of being on hold, I threw in the towel and hung up.

    @one_foothurdle @IBKR That’s comforting. Thank you. I was not able to place the trades again when cancellation happened. Support was not reachable. Later I got email saying it was a technical issue on their end.

    Is it just me or is @IBKR TWS doing things on its own, most of which are very aggravating. Secondary confirmation order tickets opening on their own = delays. Sounds confirmations not working. Log-in confirmation not being sent to phone ap half of the time.
