    @IBKR Wow @IBKR looks like the experience of many users with your platform is bad, the customer service is non-existant and you also not allow certain stocks like $LLKKF to be bought, only sold. From my perspective that's not very clever. Keep it up lol!

    @IBKR $IBKR Why is your customer service so horrible Why does Thomas Peterffy tolerate the behavior of well over 50% of the "customer service representatives" you get on the phone at #InteractiveBrokers... Oh, and BTW....You have to sit on hold for 2 hours to get ANYONE #WTF

    @IBKR you approved / verified my account, and when I deposited money into my IBKR account, I could not trade due to 'account verification' issues. Why would you do that?I am trying to provide an address verification but you've rejected both. T686462. Plz contact me !

    @IBKR @Trading212 reckon you are the ones putting a spanner in the works with $LLKKF. Is this correct, and when will this ‘issue’ be resolved please? Everyone is getting screwed and there seems to be no valid reason.

    @IBKR Guess what? WE CANNOT REACH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 0 support. I strongly advice any new trader to go to a different broker, dont make the same mistake I did with @IBKR

    @IBKR Interactive Brokers just crashed for 2-4 minutes depending on ticker. Market was moving, but the data and charts stopped updating I was trading $HX at the time (17:02 to 17:04). Was at $3.72 then the data went down and there was a 2 min selloff. Out at $3.35 🤬

    @IBKR Good evening, i have a problem with my application and i have no responce for more than 10 hours. I have funded my account and the only thing that holds my accoung back is Ressidental Address proof which is Recieved and being in processed.

    @IBKR Please make it possible to deposit into a local bank for users in Europe. Before I was able to deposit money into a Czech Bank and now I have to make international transfers to Germany. This is a big issue, please look into it. Thanks

    lmao I've been trying to get in touch with @IBKR support for a week now, because I still haven't received the funds from an account I closed almost a month ago. Their support just closes the chat without helping, and their website is broken so it's not possible to open a ticket.

    @LunarAces @IBKR All banks are the same i am with RBC and BMO wait time is longer than ever even my account is not self directed i have to wait i know in CIBC investors edge is self directed u call when u have a tech issue! it is stress becareful not to have a heart attack because u r angry!relax

    @IBKR Worst customer service ever. I waited on hold for 90 minutes. When the hold music stopped and the phone finally rang, they hung up on me. HORRIBLE.
