@IBKR 2:10 pm EST, still waiting to get logged in. I'm sure IBKR has a lot of servers to allow for authentication and access. How could they all be down? TWS cannot connect to any server.... this is ridiculous. Get this thing working already.

Tech issues are understandable but clearly IBKR didn't have a reliable Continuity of Business plan...looks like a poorly run company which does not deserve a dollar of my hard earned money. #interactivebrokers @IBKR

@IBKR @Benzinga After 6 hrs of problems, now can sign on AND CANNOT TRADE OR ACCESS MARKET DATA. Yours is the BEST SYSTEM OF 2020? 1st I couldn't sign on at all-would sign on,told to enter 6 digit code which NEVER CAME on txt msg. Went through that for 1.5 hours. Now on, no market data.

@IBKR - your own people are admitting the issues are not fixed and there is no ETA. Why lie in public, I hope this loses you a ton of clients, you were very innovative in the beginning, but even your lite offering doesnt compare to your competitors

@darjohn25 worst part about @IBKR is that they always blame someone else, provide misleading info. Like today, main webpage blames some "vendor", current status page provides misleading info that "systems are coming back to normal" yet no login. Support always= CRAP

@IBKR Still is NOT working and apart of this I was waiting 1 hour on the phone to be connected with the trade desk to close some positions but NEVER connected to the agent. Also early the morning your automated answering machine was saying : Support in English unavailable !!!!!!!
