I am trying to log in to @IBKR mobile app for my two factor authentication to TWS for more than an hour. Unable to do so after I don’t know how many attempts at re-logging in. Is this really the best broker in town? Trouble shooter all their FAQs none work. Wtf..

had a call sked with acct mgr at @IBKR to try to figure out how it's possible to grow an RIA business using IBKR as a platform, given their awful customer service, and of course they never called! I suppose they get kudos for being ironic and predictable all at once.
