Have to say @IBKR has been the most reliable system over the last 20 years that I have used. Never down except for a few very short outages. Hopefully this is a one-time problem they can avoid in future with this lesson.

@IBKR Now I'm locked out of my account citing multiple unsuccessful login attempts. This is actually beyond comical. You should be embarrassed at your lack of communication, lack of appropriate contingency plans in place and for your atrocious time to resolution on this issue!
