@IBKR @IngenioDinero if you are a customer outside UK/US/Ireland - be aware that @IBKR will not allow you to trade most products like 95% because of some "local language documents" missing. Other platforms don´t have this kind of issues and IBKR customer service is slow & not interested, too bad

@IBKR FYI, your service levels have plummeted over the past few months. For example, on 12/7/22, a simple funds transfer request still hasn't been completed. It's embarrassing how slow things take to get completed. And your verification processes are ridiculously onerous.

@5167822 @IBKR If you have VPN you can log in via the US website. The apps and TWS are not working, but you can place orders via the website.

@IBKR There's always something broken when trying to use #IBKR either charts not working, today it's "Failed to fetch data " when trying to view performance of my portfolio. It's as though IBKR server is an old 1990's PC. invest some money you cheapskates else we walk!

Today I had a difficult time sign in to my @IBKR account, hence I missed most trades that I setup before😒 all those trades went on the exact same direction that I drew from last night😒 #DayTrading At the end I was able to trade just a little bit, & I will tweet them later

@IBKR I will come back to IBKR when you implement instant deposits and when you stop selling off people's stocks automatically as soon as they fall below their margin maintenance rate. Give people a chance to deposit and equalize.

@IBKR I'm already using the Portal. My biggest issue is with performance. A lot of clicks take multiple seconds to switch from one menu to the next. And not for anything special. Easy example is the message center. Opening it and navigating to any notifications takes ages.
