Adding insult to injury; 25 trading days have passed and @IBKR has still not approved my account with them. This swing was supposed to go down on there... Also @WebullGlobal didn't list $CRTD in the top gainers this morning for unknown reasons...

@R_DaneelSeldon @IBKR Twr desktop would not load after 10 minutes managed to connect on mobile but incredibly slow with frequent blank screens and non responsive loads. Using webull for market data and queing limit orders in ibkr. Ridiculous.

@chrisstlmo @IBKR @Trading212 I put a stop at $14 but it actually sold the shares at $12 instead, according to them due to the volatility of that particular stock. It wasn't immediately apparent until I looked at the history. Never had this issue with T212 and they execute faster, but don't have the stocks 😑

@dmuthuk 2/2 It doesn’t seem to be possible to buy shares if one is not accredited or an institutional investor (!!!). For example, @IBKR doesn’t allow me to request permissions to buy any stock on NSE. I guess I need to open an account with a local broker. Help & comments welcome!

Okay. I'm going to have to say that @IBKR needs to invest in better customer support. Took me one hour to get account verification through terrible connection. Also, their US toll-free number listed publicly goes to a promo spam number.

@IBKR - Your implied volatility data has been down for two days now. Your HELP pathways are totally broken. Auto-logged out on every attempt to submit Trouble Ticket. But what does it matter, you never respond to those tickets anyway. You are the worst. Hire some g.d. engineers.

All the brokers are terrible these days in the age of zero commissions. @Fidelity's app is so bad, it should trigger a regulatory investigation. But the very worst is @IBKR which has tech issues, data not displaying, and zero customer support. You will wait months to get help.

@IBKR you are the absolute worst trading platform I’ve ever used. Every time I bring up the option order window for a stock like $AMZN, $TSLA, $SPY or basically any stock my entire computer freezes. To make option trades I have to log out, use my phone, them log back in. WTF?!?

@DivvyUp_King @IBKR It can be profitable, but if you have the option to hold BTC, why hold GBTC? The 2% fees are bad enough, but the massive premium decay is a killer I made 40% profit in GBTC, when BTC was up over 100% in the same time frame
