@ErikSTownsend @ilikeoptions @IBKR IB is the worst for stuff like that. The fact that they make you pay separately for a live bid/ask is obscene. I get Level 2 being extra but live bid/ask and last should be the bare minimum you get for free.

@ilikeoptions @IBKR They've said that before and they don't know WTF they are talking about. Try MMED (Mind Med), a stock that trades ONLY on NEO. You can trade it on IBKR. IBKR calls NEO "AEQLIT" and the ******* who answered your ticket didn't know that's another name for NEO.

@ilikeoptions @IBKR Tell them to pull up MMED as an example of a symbol that ONLY trades on NEO. You can't see market data on IB due to a bug on their side, but you can trade it blind.

Still no $ABXX symbol on the @IBKR platform this morning, despite that I sent them a support ticket over a week ago telling them this was coming and stressing that several HNW IB customers want to trade the stock on opening day. @IBKR customer svc couldn't be worse if they tried

@IBKR Your compliance teams have now blocked 3 securities from being traded. I have left numerous messages but they have failed to reply or recertify the issue. This has costs me $$. I have raised a formal complaint with the FCA and the SEC.
