  @IBKR Worst broker for trading small caps on the planet. They will lock you from exiting your position whenever they feel like it and you will lose 5-10x more before the cap is lifted.

  IBKR has made me lose so much money it's gross. Can't sell covered calls on positions I own? Why? I'm in a margin account with positive SMA etc?!? @IBKR no help from the trade desk and as of yesterday a senior trade desk rep didn't even know your own margin rules.

  @IBKR Your support is TRASH! I already sent about 5 requests weeks, some month ago. Still no answer. I dont think I will ever get one. And there is no other way to resolve my issues with IBKR. So there is no solution for my problems, while IBKR stock is skyrocketing. Shame on you!

  @IBKR impossible to get any help when the new passkey doesn’t work. helpline wouldn’t go through unless I submit a ticket online but can’t submit a ticket w/out a passkey. There’s an email submission on the page, submission failed w no explanation. There’s 0 help w lost passkey

  @IBKR trying to open an account, but the only ID option shown for an Australian resident is driver’s licence, and submission always fails with invalid ID type. Support keeps telling me to upload a passport which isn’t even an available option or try again as it might be tech glitch. Is this a serious platform with tech or support team or just GPT-4 era vibe coded?
