    @IBKR hey I’m based in France and since I deposited 5000€ the app is asking me to use “IB key” . When I press “activate IB key” it doesn’t work and display an error message. I have 5000€ that are already blocked and no possibility to activate the chat and talk to someone

    @IBKR customer service is not existence for the past months. I’ve been trying to speak with someone regarding me account. On hold for 2 hrs each time. Ridiculous

    Terrible customer service from @IBKR. Closed my account without any warning! Customer service can’t even give me a reason! Been a customer for years! Would never recommend this platform to anyone.

    @IBKR what’s the replacement service for’UK Financial Ombudsman Service’ for IB Ireland/Germany? My FCA dividend was paid on Jan 29th but hasn’t been deposited in my account still . Ticket is open without concrete solution. I want to approach the Ombudsman to resolve this matter.

    @IBKR And still no answer to my support ticket. Amazing, simply amazing. Robinhood with their free trading wouldn't have such low customer service standards. I will probably liquidate my positions and transition to a trustworthy broker, even if it means limited stock selection.

    hey @IBKR - how difficult is it turn around support requests within your own advertised timing (2 days is unacceptably long to begin with, but taking 5?) How hard is it to run a proper company?
