  @IBKR today I have tried to open TWS in 3 different PCs and it stalls at the "reading layout configuration" screen. I uninstalled the latest version of the software and installed the stable version and had the exact same results. Never had this problem before. I accessed your website and there is no record of such problem currently.

  @IBKR trying to open an account, but the only ID option shown for an Australian resident is driver’s licence, and submission always fails with invalid ID type. Support keeps telling me to upload a passport which isn’t even an available option or try again as it might be tech glitch. Is this a serious platform with tech or support team or just GPT-4 era vibe coded?

  On @IBKR buy an options contract nothing wild just a put on a 100 lot of ZS. Contract was trading at .01 for the bid and .27 for the ask. I put the midway .14 literally smack in the middle. Contract instantly fills. For .21 lol like wtf man.

  @IBKR Hey IBKR, you have changed the log in system to authentification based on SMS code. There are multiple ways to log in but EVERY ONE requires SMS. To get log in help also, you need SMS. What if the SMS number in your system is wrong AS IN MY CASE? I can't change it bc 1/2

  @optionsbbq @tastytrade @IBKR For options, Ibkr mobile app is much better than the desktop options they offer imo, but the desktop apps may have improved in recent iterations (they were way too slow and clunky before)

  @IBKR Literally the worst broker imaginable. They block tickers now, they price cap anything remotely volatile, even large caps so you're stuck in a bad trade or can't enter a good one. This broker is anti-success. High fees and trading interference. Run from this broker.
