    @IBKR @JoseTorresEcon What is going on with your Client Portal?? It has gotten so completely unusable you actually look like a scam site now. I know you're not but if I was considering onboarding right now I wouldn't dare put real money on. Like, it's truly terrible.

    @IBKR Your account opening procedure is pathetic.. No customer support and no clear communication why a particular document is rejected My brother is trying to open the account from Saudi for last 2 months and always there is some document is pending

    @IBKR is a garbage broker. I've been trying for 2 weeks to buy some international stocks and it continues to not work. Meanwhile I've had to watch my main pick go up 70%. I've reached out to support, wasn't helpful. Was told 2-4 weeks for a response on my followup ticket.

    The level of incompetence at @IBKR is impressive. 8 days I've had my account locked with a position open costing me thousands of dollars. Everyday I'm on the phone with them for hours being passed to the next department @IBKR you guys suck so bad

    @IBKR Unresolvable problem: blue "log in" button won't work for error "You are logged in without Trading/Market Data permissions You are not connected to the brokerage system (You may be logged in on another platform). The displayed portfolio and market data are delayed."

    @CharlesSchwab @IBKR I have gone through your standard support channels before, and the result is always a deflection of accountability back onto my local hardware. The issue is not my machine's optimization; it is the fundamental architectural bottleneck of your legacy Java-based platform.

    @Cernovich and if you're going to borrow against your securites, use the right broker. @IBKR has *half* the rates of some higher profile brokerages and most equites require only 25% margin maintenance. Same equity on ETRADE or the like is 50% or even 100%.

    @renatodelarento @Trading212 @IBKR IBKR: interesting info. But 4me, I can't digest all the incoming on the investment front for myself. That's why I'm willing to pay someone (they get a cut of my investment) who is more trained than myself. My training: fight fires, b a paramedic, fix auto body's, & not worry.

    @IBKR I have... they claimed they are waiting on finra regulatory notice but that is incorrect. That notice was issued 4/20/26 showing effective date 6/4/26. Other brokers are moving quick on this and your web ticket reps are uninformed. Many are waiting on this information. Pls help

    @IBKR I have recently opened an account with you. I simply do not receive security code over text or phone call. Therefore, cannot login. Whenever I try calling your support helpline, it always says it is busy and I never get an agent on call. Pathetic service. #ibkr

    I own six figures $SIVE on @IBKR and opened a new position on @Trading212 this week From swelling my account + high figures to down high five figures I have high conviction in $SIVE and this 20% drop this week, can not change any thing Last time it stayed in 30s it jumped to 60

    @IBKR amazing trade terminal and fundamentals explorer! loving IB TWS, but if you lose you phone, the only way to restore your access to your account is to call them via phone and verify. no other options. customer support chat is only available for someone who logged in but you can't do that if your phone is stolen. they could have verified clients via google meet or Skype, but no, you have to call directly.

    @Terranatura4 @IBKR @IBKR used to have the best service, but they've been on a terrible decline over the last 2 years. I called because I was having an issue, and they told me there is no one to speak to by phone that I must file a ticket on the app. I did so, and it says it could take weeks for a response to the matter. Weeks?!

    Happy 19-year customer of @IBKR here. This is the first feature WS rolled out where I'd consider moving all 6 of my accounts. Let me know an ETA for when you can ship this, I'd rather not move.
