@IBKR Hi - had issues in NYC from 7:00 am till 10:10 am, now mostly resolved. Suggesting for people not able to conned to use a VPN (I prefer Proton Mail/ VPN, paid, but free may work as well). Then connect to a NYC or UK location. The UK worked when all US didnt

@CyrusManz @IBKR Exactly my thought. I build resilient storage systems at scale for an internet company. There is no vendor, it’s all done in house with open source. And when we have a problem, we know how to fix it. It’s 2020, learn Ceph and ZFS.

@IBKR Your SMS system sometimes gets stuck on "normal days" and the only way to make it work is to get "Voice" to get the code. Then only then, SMS service resumes working. WTF? It's been a year since this started happening and you IBKR mofos don't even care to fix this.
