    @IBKR your service is so poor and delayed. You holding my funds for 5 days until I can use it pr evev Withdraw. Its very very poor service. Never using @IBKR again. Have seen this on 3 occations. Never again.

    @joemccann @IBKR IBKR has pretty bad data imo. Even in their api they mention that it should not be relied upon or something like that.

    @IBKR @JoseTorresEcon Been waiting a whole month for your Transfer team to reach out to my current broker so they can transfer all of my positions to IBKR. How is this normal? The most rubbish customer service I have ever seen. If you dont help me asap I’m going to cancel my transfer request.

    @the_white_tig3r @IBKR Typically, no. You might exceeding the number of KRW you need to buy, and if you're in Europe, new stupid regulation (for which Europe is famous) won't let you buy even 1 KRW in excess if you have any margin anywhere. Reduce how many KRW you're buying and try again.

    @IBKR hey yo, settled DRS transfer not received after 10 business days, ticket system unresponsive. Phone call got hung up, all tickets are AI, no customer service. Like WTF, guys stay a mile from this broker if you can

    @Desi_Trade It’s one of those things I thought would never happen to me… just got notified from IBKR that they are shutting down my account. It’s crazy that they @IBKR does this.

    @IBKR To clarify: the application has been stuck since March 23 due to a known wizard bug on IBKR's end. March 25 was when Live Chat confirmed the issue and promised same-day resolution, which never happened.

    @assface_burner @IBKR $hood is a joke, won’t let you trade with unsettled funds when volatility is elevated like today. Ask me how I know lol. Its slow as hell, has terrible fills. IBKR fills instantly, clearly the superior brokerage

    @AiStockAgent @IBKR Same issue, fixed it by going into settings->trading permissions ->edit and then switch permission on for something that wasn't previously selected. Solved it for me right away.

    @super509219312 @IBKR This is obviously a different level of concern and seems to show that they're not being careful about their updates. In the 7yrs of using them, most issues have been the annoying types, not mini heart attack types For me, if there's another major type of issue, then I'm moving

    @IBKR there is no way you are the #1 rated trading platform. When a client with $1 mm in liquid cash & 20+ years trading experience, and a credit rating of 800+ does not have approval to buy $IBIT you have a problem.

    Tried to use @IBKR app to buy some QQQ and it was such a bad experience. This is my first time investing so it was overwhelmingly complicated. I put in an application at @public but haven't heard anything back. Their app looks so much easier!

    @speculator20221 @chessdunk @IBKR They apparently cancelled my order, and now it's saying I'm still short 150,000 Euros, but the problem is my base currency is USD and it won't let me switch it back. On hold with them on their "emergency number" lol. I'm going to assume that they have to fix it, in the end.

    @DebraG_Robins @IBKR I used mine a few hours ago m everything was fine , I use the web page on ipad. I have the app. but don’t use that. I have occasionally had issues seeing portfolio in past but refreshing usually sorted , once I had to logout and in again.

    I have 500 bucks left in my @IBKR account that I can't be arsed to remove, and yet I can't even buy anything with it due to their rediculus minimum buy constraints. Worst ******* tradfi platform on the planet. The UX needs a complete rewrite.

    @IBKR Why does your platform run so awful. Also, I did an ACH transfer into my account that I initiated on Friday and the funds aren't settled in my account. What's the deal? @CharlesSchwab settles my funds after 2 business days. What is the deal ?
