    Seriously @IBKR - you HAVE to sort out this "attempting to retrieve data" issue which has been going on for weeks. This is ridiculous. Trying to trade blind here. Fix this issue or lose your customers.

    @IBKR charts will not load in TWS yet you indicate all systems are functioning, yet I'm on hold 10 minutes and counting for tech support despite (allegedly) no tech issues at present

    @IBKR Since one week ago I am trying to contact IB about a withdrawal of money that it must be done "promptly", like you explain in your web. By phone (several numbers), by mail, by web... but nobody answer. Please send me a message about how to contact anybody to solve this problem.
