@Investmentideen @ShmuelLon @IBKR Yes, you can buy over the counter outside the auctions but that isn't supported by IBKR, I believe. Spreads are often ******, anyway, as one would suspect. AIM is truly terrible.

@TradeBrigadeCo I use IBKR trading platform and love it. At the sane time, I dislike IBKR help desk and back office immensely. To say that the unmotivated and intellectually challenge work there is an understatement. In comparison to Fidelity & Schwab. And they charge you for EVERYTHING. @IBKR

@DontWalkRUN @IBKR If that is AI, its very good. I think there are commercially available AI which can match that quality... but it would have several failed results to get there. I dont believe it is AI. But that can be accomplished now with AI.

That would typically be the bulk of the trades that you see outside of the above times. These trades will be labeled "OB" for "off-book".

@Investmentideen @IBKR It’s not IBKR but the market structure. The AIM market is still handled by market makers so nothing will get done unless they make their spread. The only fix is to put in orders for the auction which is mid market but no guarantee you get filled. Ridiculous in this day and age
