@blangb I really have found very little to complain about with @IBKR ; Very good trading platform and commissions are just fine. Unless you have to send them mail on getting some obscure Canadian Warrants in the system, that has been the only hangup. Large availability on borrows.

@IBKR Maybe your loan rates are good, but the problems which i have with future trading in TWS are not so exciting. The relation between charts and orderpanel seems to be like "frozen". This happens only with futures, not with stocks. What is the reason and how can i change it??

@IBKR Please start accepting e-transfers. Your transfers are still terribly slow, even with bill payments. The faster you do it, the better for not only subs, but potential new customers. Patiently waiting before I switch to @Questrade who just enabled this feature

I remember a time when @IBKR had great customer service: quick connection with a rep, low wait times to chat... It's been 30 minutes and I'm still waiting to connect to someone. Considering a brokerage change...

compared to many other brokerage platforms "in the hood", @IBKR is very customer friendly and offers the lowest margin rates among most brokers. Buying an ETF is also easier for many folks than using a crypto exchange, let's not even talk about a Ledger.

@jsizzle_0 @LivinRentFree_ @IBKR It's not bad if you just buy and hold. I sometimes do many trades in a single day and their UI is very clumsy comparing to TD. I actually may hold the Fidelity account and make it into a long-term hold account... Or convert it into an IRA account.

@IBKR ASX warrant expiry dates changed from Jun 2022 to Oct 29, 2022. The only problem is that you did not update the warrant details, and you also let us know Nov 4 which is 5 days after the expiry. How do we launch a formal complaint?

@MartinBras @IBKR Yes they are. Even though platform TWS doesn’t work with macOS Monterey and the haven’t been able to repair it in one week. The service is pretty bad. Low fees, bad service. They are just a cheap broker.

@IBKR Hey @IBKR Are you having issues with Trader Workstation????? I cannot get any of the charts to display - specifically cannot display 5-sec bars. It says "Invalid time length". Been on hold forever so hanging up and expecting a response on this! Thanks.
