@IBKR Hey @IBKR Are you having issues with Trader Workstation????? I cannot get any of the charts to display - specifically cannot display 5-sec bars. It says "Invalid time length". Been on hold forever so hanging up and expecting a response on this! Thanks.

@IBKR been trying for many many weeks now to get you to change my state of residence. I moved months ago. Your customer service for retail is atrocious. It’s a simple fix and I can’t trade products I need or get the right tax info without the change. Please respond!!!

@EvanBleker @IBKR I can access the trading platform on the desktop. however I can access the account online. Asks me for a LEI number and will give me an error if I try to get it or if I don't... Id called 20 times... they are always saying "ahh we see the problem, let me push it up"

Is @IBKR's customer service always terrible or is it just with me? I'm trying to report an issue and, besides it being impossible to talk to a human, it always reports an "error" when I try to submit an inquiry. Awful experience.

@SiteDoAluno @IBKR @BrooookeBurton This is not locked account issue they have , your whole IT department acknowledged that they cannot do anything because they do not how to fix it and I have to wait for overnight to refresh due to the fault of IBKR IT department not of customer which they accepted over the call.

@IBKR has by far the worst support experience. My account got locked for no reason. Chat support tells me to call to get unlocked. I wait on hold for hours being transferred +10 times. Then they tell me to file a ticket online (where I started). 3 weeks later and still blocked!

@IBKR The are Crooks they have disabled my account due to their It department glitch so some customers without any prior warning now i cannot trade for whole day and have to wait and lose money on my option/stock which i would otherwise close even after escalation Ticket no 886223.

I haven't been able to access one of my accounts since March in @IBKR due to a bug they have. I'd call 20 times... always the same procedure, nothing changes. What can I do people? Sue? complain to some governmental entity? Any help would be really appreciated it

@IBKR my windows 64 bit TWS suddenly stopped working on Friday. It allows login but after it opens all window it just freezes. If I click anywhere, it either responds in like 10 min. or just stay frozen. What's happening? Urgent!
