Jim Baranello (@BaranelloJim) reported@IBKR Hate to say it as an IBKR user but the platform is the absolute worst of any of the major retail brokers for active trading. Clunky and not intuitive. IBKR has great access to virtually all financial products and international markets but wish they would invest more time or energy on the platform itself. Looks like im not the only one who feels this way.

INTER (@Night34Blue) reported@IBKR Hello, I am trying to enable Options Trading Level 2 on my IBKR account in order to trade simple long calls and long puts on SPY. However, my request was rejected with the message saying that my financial profile does not meet the eligibility requirements. I would like to understand specifically what is causing the rejection and what exact requirements I need to update or meet in order to qualify for Options Level 2 trading permissions. Could you please review my account and advise me on the necessary steps to resolve this issue? Thank you.

S Sanzhi Kobzhanov (@Sanji_vals) reported@IBKR amazing trade terminal and fundamentals explorer! loving IB TWS, but if you lose you phone, the only way to restore your access to your account is to call them via phone and verify. no other options. customer support chat is only available for someone who logged in but you can't do that if your phone is stolen. they could have verified clients via google meet or Skype, but no, you have to call directly.

Disappointing as all other major brokers have announced and majority are ready day 1 on June 4th. Will be looking at others options if no news
