  @IBKR I did that and out of frustration I have written here as they are asking to use my passport when passport is not in one of the options offered for Australia clearly documented in the ticket and screenshot I submitted. They only offer Australian drivers license and then on submission call id type invalid. The tech team on a call just mentions to try again rather than solving the issue and a musical chair game is going on between support and tech folks.

  On @IBKR buy an options contract nothing wild just a put on a 100 lot of ZS. Contract was trading at .01 for the bid and .27 for the ask. I put the midway .14 literally smack in the middle. Contract instantly fills. For .21 lol like wtf man.

  @zxc68984008 @IBKR Low rates help, but leverage still magnifies mistakes. Read the margin rules, liquidation policy, and cash-rate eligibility before opening an account.

  @IBKR 2/2, bc that needs SMS too. So I can't login, write a help ticket, fund my account bc of wrong SMS ( that's strange, bc I have updated my profile regularly. Try phoning, they say. Get a live agent. After a really long hold time I did get an agent but he could not 3/3

  @IBKR Ur total garbage. I switched from schwab and swith back after one day. U dont tell people u have to have 100k to get best margin rate then at 1259. All margins go up to 50% and u sell some of my stocks. Customer service is trash also..u should be shut down

  @IBKR do you ever solve problems. When faced with a question your customer service reps just leave the chat room. Your tech does not work (docusign process, image upload on chat etc.) And your reps have no intention to solve anything.

  IBKR has made me lose so much money it's gross. Can't sell covered calls on positions I own? Why? I'm in a margin account with positive SMA etc?!? @IBKR no help from the trade desk and as of yesterday a senior trade desk rep didn't even know your own margin rules.
