    @AuditorInvestor @IBKR Was an interesting episode. Looks like you’re limited in options in fringe markets outside IB. Was interesting to hear in the episode that there were huge crashes in the Iraqi market but all the quality companies endured well and took off once things were stable. Fascinating

    Avoid @IBKR at all cost. Worst company in the world. If you forget your username, good luck closing your account before they charge you a silly inactive account fee! Customer support doesnt answer and you're left running in circles! JUST CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!

    @IBKR They checked my documents for three months and didn't give me access to the trade. The website is slow, you can't get through on the phone. In general, the impression that some small and cheap office. IB works like turtles and sloths. I had to close an unopened account

    @IBKR Unable to open and close positions due to an issue with the trade permissions. Sent a ticket - no reply. Tried the live chat - twice waited for 20 minutes with no reply. Used to be a great service back in the days. Shame.

    @IBKR there is no one on chat help or phone support! You have a recording that says ‘due to market volatility’ for the last 2 years, mgt should get a grip and address the gross inadequacy in customer support. Your statements don’t have audit trail to understand charges.

    @IBKR has locked up over $60,000 of our Investment Club's money. Worst customer service ever! I've spent 6+ hours on hold in the last 3 months. I have asked to withdraw funds and their website says "The functionality is currently not available". NEVER do business with this CO
