  @Therichardralph @IBKR I use Halifax isa Hargreaves’s Lansdowne isa Few trading accounts with different ones Halifax is decent tbh never problem executing trades or selling positions.

  what is going on with @IBKR. Charts arent loading. even account manager is super slow. what is going on. its been like this since yesterday. but yesterday it became normal again few hours after market opens. today as soon as the market opens. it has problem loading again

  @JoachimMo1985 @IBKR I'm not sure about issues at IBKR specifically, but having worked for a few brokers, I can tell you that the tech department usually comes third or fourth in priority. These organizations are typically led by marketing, followed by corporate roles (risk management, strategy).

  @IBKR Worst broker for trading small caps on the planet. They will lock you from exiting your position whenever they feel like it and you will lose 5-10x more before the cap is lifted.

  @IBKR impossible to get any help when the new passkey doesn’t work. helpline wouldn’t go through unless I submit a ticket online but can’t submit a ticket w/out a passkey. There’s an email submission on the page, submission failed w no explanation. There’s 0 help w lost passkey

  Im going to say something nice about @IBKR. After the Kospi futures and options debacle, they promptly recognised that clients may have claims and while I didnt really agree with the protocol for settling them, they settled them promptly with regular status updates. Not the worst.

  @IBKR i day trade a lot, used IBKR desktop initially damn ******, so slow and refresh issue, no help, screen freeze at times, and then went back to traderworkstation, another major issue is PDT waive off kind of new feature IBKR taking long to implement.

  @IBKR do you ever solve problems. When faced with a question your customer service reps just leave the chat room. Your tech does not work (docusign process, image upload on chat etc.) And your reps have no intention to solve anything.

  @IBKR 2/2, bc that needs SMS too. So I can't login, write a help ticket, fund my account bc of wrong SMS ( that's strange, bc I have updated my profile regularly. Try phoning, they say. Get a live agent. After a really long hold time I did get an agent but he could not 3/3
