@IBKR The support system from IBKR is absolutely awkward. Agents are nice but they can not solve anything and the whole system is extremely slow. Already trying to solve an issue since last thursday. Hours and hours waiting.

@seantoh @EnovixBatteries Sean, I’m not sure where you are based but for @IBKR clients in the USA, it is simply a matter of completing the form in the Corporate Action center and there are no fees. The $1000 fee for Guaranteed Delivery service is nonstandard and not required.
