It might help, who knows: “If all else fails, many traders create a dedicated "Custom View" in the Option Chain (gear icon -> *Settings* -> *Column Management* -> *Custom Views*)

One, the gateway portal seems to have been created in 1998. Awful UI. Second, and the most pertinent was the death by auth codes.

Their insistence on you having your phone nearby to check their mobile app for some code every 10 minutes has caused me to give up each time. Awful experience and poor security design.

On the @IBKR retail Client Services line, I speak to a US person and it takes less than 15 minutes to work through the SAME ISSUES.

Brokers never report retail $AMC holdings which allows ongoing fraud. IBKR Robinhood & other platforms continue to loan retail shares (that's part of the problem).
