I've been on hold forever with @IBKR to complain about a real bad fill. The classical music is a nice touch (Mozart piano concertos) but that's about it. My customer's experience is an unmitigated disaster. I have to hang up here at the 1 hour 2 minute mark!!!

@BogdanMaverick @IBKR Money frozen after trades. Days for it to be returned into the account. Pricing for stock was absolutely miles away from actual markets. Consistent logging out. There actually wasn't one usable feature on either the laptop or mobile. So bad. Take your money out ASAP

@IBKR I cannot log into your website, it automatically logs me out. Been on hold for 30 minutes, still no support. please remove your message saying that "increase volatility is causing longer delays". That was March! Vol has crashed and so has your customer support.

When your @ibkr 2FA code doesn't turn up, so you request a new one and it arrives immediately, and you can't tell whether its the original missing one (that'll now fail the login and require username/password again) or the good one

@Ned892 @IBKR Fidelity Mate. Have Tried almost all, ETFC, AMTD, & the Worst of all Robinhood. Fidelity is the best & willing to Work w/you. Hope that helps. Nothing more frustrating.
