I have accounts with many different providers, but @IBKR must have the worst interface of all of them. SORT IT OUT! Unbelievable to have such a poor app & platform in 2022. Learn from start-ups like T212 or HOOD - you need a total overhaul of your outdated non-intuitive website!

@mariusbughiu @IBKR You are right. Brokerages like Etoro and Robinhood allowed people with small income to become investor exactly for this reason plus possibility to invest in a portion of assets. Though it may be bad that people almost 'gambled' away their money due to lack of experience

Support for @IBKR is so bad. I’ve been trying for months to get a reproducible bug reported to their engineering team so it can get fixed. Both online and phone support reps just follow their scripts, don’t read my comments and refuse to forward it.

Honestly, @IBKR has to be the worst platform to interact with. The app is a pain, the process painful and the India team or the one based in Delhi is the worst ever. Unresponsive, arrogant guys. It continues to be the most painful experience ever. Who is the India CEO?

Someone tried logging into my bank acct from another state. Acct locked-funds safe. Only event I can think that may be the cause is I opened brokerage accts w @IBKR & @Firstrade recently. Both use @Plaid to link my bank. Perhaps there’s an #OpSec issue w/ one of these platforms.
