    @IBKR Ahh yes, the layout library! Amazing! We didn't want a platform that could plot a chart with a study and not freeze when zooming out... or a platform that didn't have to be shut down at least once a day because it was terrible at memory management... nah... we wanted the library!

    Love the @IBKR platform, but HATE the customer service. As usual, I get a representative on the phone and they have NO clue whatsoever.

    @IBKR you have the worst customer service in the world. Contacting you is impossible, as your website will give you an error every time I try to send you an email, while calling you is like waiting an answer from god. So far, I haven’t heard back from both of you.

    @IBKR I have been trying to contact any one in customer service to follow up on a transferred amount to my account for over 3 months now! I sent dozens of emails without any reply! No one is replying! I transferred money and it's not showing! What do you suggest?

    @IBKR Whats going on with your app. It says no more market data. Also it keeps saying margin cushion used whenever im on a cash account the stock prices have stayed the same but im down half my portfolio whats up. Is there monthly fees now to use this

    @IBKR I have a serious account issue and I opened a ticket on May 11th & followed up on May 13 & 17. NOT ONE RESPONSE?? I called on May 13 & spoke with someone who was going to escalate it. I called back today, still not one response. This is the worst customer service.

    @IBKR Dear IB, it's been 6 months and you still haven't completed a transfer of one of my accounts that you initiated. Oh, and since it is in a "transition" status for that time, it is effectevely blocked and I still can't trade with it. Please FIX CLIENT SERVICES!
