Alex ๐น (@Alex_Steger_) reported@super509219312 @IBKR The first was a platform update. The did a beta update and TWS stopped communicating with outside documents. The solution was to switch to the stable platform, which I did. Problem solved. Annoying but no concerns

DeV (@A_Dev9) reported@IBKR I had to deal with 3 separate customer care executives on 3 different instances and each of them gives conflicting reasons and advice for the delay and additional documentation. The customer care folks who handle the calls are not clear of your own process.

Dr.รtker 99%FI ๐ธ (@dr_otker) reportedLast night @IBKR systems glitched AGAIN and cancelled all my outstanding orders, 17 in total. I just spent more than half an hour resubmitting them thanks to a poor user interface and slow servers. This has happened before a few times and I believe will happen again. So could @IBKR at least offer a way to easily restore the cancelled orders?

BullDriven (@BullDriven) reported@IBKR I have... they claimed they are waiting on finra regulatory notice but that is incorrect. That notice was issued 4/20/26 showing effective date 6/4/26. Other brokers are moving quick on this and your web ticket reps are uninformed. Many are waiting on this information. Pls help

Acmesafeco (@acmesafeco) reported@IBKR Warning to anyone considering switching to IBKR will allow you to deposit funds but be aware new accounts will not get approved for trading with no explanation. Here's the best part...you cant even send the funds back to your existing broker so just watch the market while they hold your money. No explanation, no customer support, just tough ****.

You might exceeding the number of KRW you need to buy, and if you're in Europe, new stupid regulation (for which Europe is famous) won't let you buy even 1 KRW in excess if you have any margin anywhere. Reduce how many KRW you're buying and try again.
