We all got "Invalid order" System Rejected order right around the bottom. The problem arise around 10:15 -10:30. We called Support and Trading Desk they provided 0 help and not even cover for the guys that were short. We ended up spamming the Keys until we could get out. I woke up 4 hours later and it's still not working Unacceptable for one of the most legit and biggest broker out there. Clients losing 100's of millions without any way to manage

Spent 2+ hours configuring the preferences to where i wanted them. even did a "save as" to make sure I had a copy of the zip file. Now, all that work has disappeared.
