  @IBKR i day trade a lot, used IBKR desktop initially damn ******, so slow and refresh issue, no help, screen freeze at times, and then went back to traderworkstation, another major issue is PDT waive off kind of new feature IBKR taking long to implement.

  @IBKR Technical issues around SanDisk earning times yesterday was a bit suspicious? I have friends lost money as they couldn't close positions you will have a log of this as they called in too to have you market close their positions

  My goodness I can't wait to leave @IBKR now Friday and today always communication errors when trying to load the option chain and can't make a move. You guys absolutely suck and don't care a bit about your clients. Spare me the web ticket message you're about to drop.

  @Therichardralph @IBKR I’ve tried three times to create an account and log in with IBKR and have only ever got an ‘unknown error’. Not had that problem with T212 or other apps

  @NickSchmidt Don't know about shitcoins. But for securities, there’s no comparison between HOOD and @IBKR on execution quality. I moved everything to IBKR a few years ago and never looked back.

  @IBKR I did that and out of frustration I have written here as they are asking to use my passport when passport is not in one of the options offered for Australia clearly documented in the ticket and screenshot I submitted. They only offer Australian drivers license and then on submission call id type invalid. The tech team on a call just mentions to try again rather than solving the issue and a musical chair game is going on between support and tech folks.
