@resharmonica @IBKR Same here, you can only deal with security related issues by phone and noone answering since Tuesday. I think they block people becuase they want to prevent mass account closing and money withdrawal.

Open a $CRSR position @ 44.3 with 12.5% of the total equity. Should have opened it yesterday as it gaped up from the MA lines that it has been playing around. I was kind of irrational because of my @IBKR account situation. The worst costumer service experience I have ever had.

@IBKR The FCA in UK (Financial Conduct Authority) refuses to provide any comment or help with issues related to Interactive Brokers UK. My account is locked and only way to unlock is to call support but noone is answering since a week. I should have withdraw my money when I could.

@IBKR I am in the USA. I have 4 tickets open but no one has replied in the last 5 days. I called today and waited in the queue for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then the call was disconnected. Your chat is not working. My orders are getting rejected because of other sell credit orders. Sad..

@IBKR has become a terrible platform. 9 out of 10 times I log in half of the portfolio data is missing. I can't see anything and most of the time the trading function fails and does not allow me to trade like today once again. Likely going to close out my accounts and move them.

@ToniWehrmann @IBKR I waited more than an hour till somebody finally picked up the phone. They did help me out though. Their customer service sucks big time. Too much outage time too when markets are very volatile. I left them.

@KeithMontana9 @IBKR 2/2 I am extremely happy with them, if you need customer support more than once or twice over the account life time you might consider going with other brokers that offer more support but higher costs and less products.
