    @joemccann @IBKR @ibkr has a horrible user-interface, i decided to stop using it and pay premium extra cost elsewhere where user interface is much more friendly. call me stupid but I have seen zero improvement by ibkr in the last 7 years - they do not even try

It has been impossible to speak to anyone due to the lack of IB key and I have tried live chat, email, phonecall, and feedback report, but nothing works. How do I get in touch with someone regarding this. Please help!!!!

    @DebraG_Robins @IBKR I used mine a few hours ago m everything was fine , I use the web page on ipad. I have the app. but don’t use that. I have occasionally had issues seeing portfolio in past but refreshing usually sorted , once I had to logout and in again.

    After around 1 year of investing I transferred all my positions from @DEGIRO to @IBKR for risk exposure I had gone from 81.5K€ to 160K€ but the inflation prints and the overall bearishness cycle slowly landed me around ~113K€ Around that time I decided to load up on $RKLB warrants because I loved the company so much (yes, there were $RKLB warrants at some point) These contracts - I didn’t know it at the time - had pretty simple but specific rules : If the warrants traded higher than $10 for an extended period of time (~2 weeks I think) the company could redeem them, no matter what the current price was. And man did they redeem them The stock was trading at $8 when they did so, offering us the option to buy the stock at the warrant strike price, $11.5, making them basically worthless on a cash basis I got demolished. I freaked out so bad I didn’t where to hide, for the first time as a market participant, I wanted to cry When I discovered there was a cashless exercice option that gave ~0.3 share per warrant, I was actually relieved. But the damage to my portfolio was severe regardless, basically a 70% wipeout on that massive position I didn’t know it at the time but that event was the trigger for a highway to 14K€ When I said in my quoted tweet that it’s going to be hard, this is what I’m referring to

    @IBKR Opening a ticket in your susten is actually quite difficult because you have to navigate a mine field of AI generated answers and faq. Your support staff is terrible. Last time I opened a ticket it took a week to get a response.

    @senzu_capital @IBKR Yep. It is worrying. All the permissions are in place - I checked, so it must be a glitch. I emailed my rep - she’s very responsive. Hopefully it is fixed by morning.

    @joemccann @IBKR IBKR has pretty bad data imo. Even in their api they mention that it should not be relied upon or something like that.

    @IBKR Your customer service is lacking compared to Fidelity and Scwab. Why do you restrict IRAs from trading $BNO, $CPER, $MPLX … when the other two don’t? Your customer ssrvice never follows thru to resolve these issues despite promising to do so. #noaccountability

    Last night @IBKR systems glitched AGAIN and cancelled all my outstanding orders, 17 in total. I just spent more than half an hour resubmitting them thanks to a poor user interface and slow servers. This has happened before a few times and I believe will happen again. So could @IBKR at least offer a way to easily restore the cancelled orders?

    @super509219312 @IBKR This is obviously a different level of concern and seems to show that they're not being careful about their updates. In the 7yrs of using them, most issues have been the annoying types, not mini heart attack types For me, if there's another major type of issue, then I'm moving

    @IBKR how has your service become just like the crapification of everything? trying out your IBKR Desktop. Spent 2+ hours configuring the preferences to where i wanted them. even did a "save as" to make sure I had a copy of the zip file. Now, all that work has disappeared.

    @IBKR I had to deal with 3 separate customer care executives on 3 different instances and each of them gives conflicting reasons and advice for the delay and additional documentation. The customer care folks who handle the calls are not clear of your own process.

    @IBKR Thx for your reply, but this was a week ago. 😬 This was a first technical issue in a long time, so no hard feeling, but would have liked a much swifter response in the app,this took several hours and that is just too long.

    .@IBKR what happened with leverage ETFs order. I see that suddenly I have started getting error that I don’t have permission to trade this type of securities. Whereas I am trading leveraged ETFs since last six years without any issues except today.

    @JosephW31117119 @IBKR nice, thanks for the update, out of all the errors i have seen this is by far the worst, as you can't really hedge your portfolio (if it persists until the open)
