Doug Campbell (@TradeandMoney) reported@IBKR @Polymarket The score is now: IBKR 1, Me 0. First I went to AI to resolve my problem, and then tech support. They sent me to read some article that i couldn't see. I was going to send support a screen shot of what I saw when i clicked on the article link, but there support chat had a bug and the upload didn't work! You can't make this stuff up. In the end support told me to come back tomorrow and try.

WhiskeyAndIce (@OptionsWolf77) reported@Sanji_vals @IBKR You can use the second 2Auth with an authenticator app from google or microsoft. Just make sure to connect them with cloud. If you loose your phone, download the app on the new one and login wirh authenticator app. Its really annoying to contact support, which is so difficult.

Shraey (@iamshraey_) reported@IBKR trying to open an account, but the only ID option shown is an Australian driver’s licence, and submission always fails with invalid ID type. Support keeps telling me to upload a passport which isn’t even an available option or try again as it might be tech glitch. Is this a serious platform with tech or support team or just GPT-4 era vibe coded?
