    @aleabitoreddit @labubu_trader @IBKR I totally concur that #IBKR UI is trash, also the response time for navigating and waiting for things to load is just intolerable. Please upgrade the infra and spend some money to fix!

    @IBKR I have recently opened an account with you. I simply do not receive security code over text or phone call. Therefore, cannot login. Whenever I try calling your support helpline, it always says it is busy and I never get an agent on call. Pathetic service. #ibkr

    @one_foothurdle @IBKR Happened to me too. Multiple orders got canceled. They said it was a technical issue on their end. But it it rather alarming, given that their support is hardly reachable. When situations like this happen, you need support more easily available to deal with it.

    Would not recommend @IBKR to anyone at the moment. Locked out of trading account due to a system bug for a week. No one able to give an answer when this is fixed or resolved. No apologies, compensation or updates. Lousy customer care. Who is the regulatory body in the US?

    @MichaelENewton1 @nottatowl @IBKR Same issue, fixed it by going into settings->trading permissions ->edit and then switch permission on for something that wasn't previously selected. Solved it for me right away.

    Is anyone else experiencing an issue in IBKR TWS where alert lines stop appearing on charts, even though the alerts are still active in the alerts window? I’ve been dealing with this issue for years now ... 😒 @IBKR

    @JacobMcGrew6 @IBKR Yes. It was a system issues which they are trying to resolve. But you need to call them and they need to reset all the accounts to make it work. After that you need to logout and login again.

    @the_white_tig3r @IBKR Typically, no. You might exceeding the number of KRW you need to buy, and if you're in Europe, new stupid regulation (for which Europe is famous) won't let you buy even 1 KRW in excess if you have any margin anywhere. Reduce how many KRW you're buying and try again.

    @IBKR Why does your platform run so awful. Also, I did an ACH transfer into my account that I initiated on Friday and the funds aren't settled in my account. Also, the UI and website are so buggy. You guys need to step up your game. What's the deal? @CharlesSchwab settles my funds after 2 business days. What is the deal ?

    Beware that if you run into a problem at @IBKR you may find yourself completely abandoned. I have a claim open for 5 months now for a dividend they did not process, now I have posted a claim for the lack of response, nobody is responding to any of those. Horrible service!

    @IBKR To clarify: the application has been stuck since March 23 due to a known wizard bug on IBKR's end. March 25 was when Live Chat confirmed the issue and promised same-day resolution, which never happened.

    @IBKR there is no way you are the #1 rated trading platform. When a client with $1 mm in liquid cash & 20+ years trading experience, and a credit rating of 800+ does not have approval to buy $IBIT you have a problem.

    @IBKR @JoseTorresEcon Been waiting a whole month for your Transfer team to reach out to my current broker so they can transfer all of my positions to IBKR. How is this normal? The most rubbish customer service I have ever seen. If you dont help me asap I’m going to cancel my transfer request.

    Just keep $AMC above $1 until shorts crack, that's it, that's all you have to do. @IBKR showed me 11112.2 Bil shares traded volume today. The glitch better have my money, that's all I'm saying. ABOVE ONE DOLLAR. I like that discount, count me in. The Box Office will bring $$$$$$$
