    @alluvialcapital I'm sadly relieved to know that I'm not the only one with 3w+ old support tickets... I find it very surprising that I get better support from other companies for issues related to $10 purchases than from @IBKR.

    @IBKR No, not at all. There are two support tickets, the first one from Dec 22 2020. No answer until now.

    @IBKR Message for Thomas P. You were perplexed on CNBC why you don't have more clients. I tried years ago to set up an account and it was way to difficult to sign in and use your platform. When I called with questions your overseas support was abysmal. I guarantee that's the reason.

    @IBKR I converted GBP to USD and it’s not showing in my account, I’ve sent multiple email with no reply, I’ve been trying to make contact on live chat and after 2 days I’ve connected but was sent to customer services and put on hold for 55 mins. This is not good enough

    @IBKR I sat on hold waiting for support with a money transfer for 30 minutes yesterday before giving up and have been on hold 30 minutes again today. I sent a message via the Message Center and got an extremely unhelpful response.

    @IBKR Quick followup to previous tweet. Finally got through by phone and problem solved. However, waiting for over an hour to get through was aggravating and not correct for a financial company. IB is great, but could be better in this area.

    @IBKR Instead of putting effort into developing new features like the stop loss, can you make your systems usable? Your web client portal is so slow and laggy that is not usable half of the day. Are you even using your systems yourselves?

    Hi @IBKR, I have been your customer for a long time, around 7 years, now. I lodged a request to do manual asset transfer from one account to another account (within IB) over 6 weeks ago! The process still in the 'processing phase'!! Please could you sort it out pronto!!

    @IBKR ...not sure what's wrong with the web client...but P&L or Unrealized etc do not load properly! sometimes at all. Other users also face the same issue. It's getting ANNOYED.....every reload or "sorting" the columns the values keep changing

    Interactive Brokers @IBKR liquidated my entire non-leveraged position because there was no petty cash on the account to cover a tiny maintenance fee. Thank you guys. I will be deleting my account very shortly. Unbelievable.
