Then @IBKR charged a high fee to convert money to USD. Yeah, it’s high to me as small investor. I’ve traded one share, and they charged me 1%, not bad. So, I’ve bought an ADR, and to my surprise, there is a small monthly hidden fee. I suggest they simplify the fee structure...

@IBKR the worst customer service ever provided by your agents. Called in for some questions, it was me who greeted the agent, he did not respond back he wanted my name instead. Very rude, queries not answered. Disappointed. And will not be dealing with you anymore.

@IBKR @mmaunder That's nonsense, and even if it wasn't, there's no reason why you couldn't make this "feature" (aka bug) opt-in. Some of us use password managers, which provide an option to clear your clipboard after a very short delay. TWS really doesn't need any extra UX barriers.

@thepoorswiss @IBKR Yes but what I thought is that they can comply with the regulations and still provide services to European investors (providing this KID file etc) but most of them doesn't consider this move (too costly?) so those who don't do it, cannot service Europe anymore (with US etf).

@IBKR $cciv merger deal would be announced on Tuesday. Start lowering your maintenance margin now. Currently is 100% and it limits my buying power, I want to buy more of $cciv on margin. Do it now or I will transfer my funds elsewhere. It's pure stupidity now, $cciv won't fall.
