    @IBKR To clarify: the application has been stuck since March 23 due to a known wizard bug on IBKR's end. March 25 was when Live Chat confirmed the issue and promised same-day resolution, which never happened.

    @speculator20221 @IBKR Same issue, fixed it by going into settings->trading permissions ->edit and then switch permission on for something that wasn't previously selected. Solved it for me right away.

    @IBKR @JoseTorresEcon A company so big and successful, that it went to the trouble of implementing Advanced Charts but cant provide a decent backend to actually load them in the application. Get some real architects, seriously.

    @IBKR The problem is that when I call to get help, I get five minutes of yadda yadda and then it tells me to login online and hangs up. You have effectively cut off all means of contact to get help.

    Tried to use @IBKR app to buy some QQQ and it was such a bad experience. This is my first time investing so it was overwhelmingly complicated. I put in an application at @public but haven't heard anything back. Their app looks so much easier!

    @IBKR You must have Push notification enabled on your Phone to confirm your withdrawal request within the app. Otherwise please login to Client Portal and confirm your Withdrawal request. ?

    @bclund @IBKR Agreed! They seemed to have changed to an AI customer service system, which seems to struggle with the most basic questions.

    @IBKR your platform sucks and your customer service is as bad as Spirit Airlines. I have been on hold for 35 minutes calling from overseas so the cost will be extremely expensive. You suck, always have and the reason I hate using your platform

    @Prometheus2025 @IBKR I donโ€™t, but if I were a ****** capitalist I would own physical goods such as property, precious metal, guns, non taxable physical coin collection. Paper is coming to an end and US Tbonds are going down to CIPS and destruction of the petrodollar.

    @IBKR I have recently opened an account with you. I simply do not receive security code over text or phone call. Therefore, cannot login. Whenever I try calling your support helpline, it always says it is busy and I never get an agent on call. Pathetic service. #ibkr

    @IBKR The issue is quite simple. I cannot invest in anything unless I lie about my income. People in pensions are not allowed to try and make money. Heaven forbid they actually get a foot up if they don't have a small fortune to use. What's wrong with knocking in 50 to $30 the minimum?

    @IBKR hi, I have a disability support pension and I would like to do trading through you but your platform makes it near impossible and I would hate to think I would have to report you to the a Triple C for discrimination due to income. Perhaps we can work something out
