Hello @IBKR, taking this to twitter since any form of customer support is impossible. I opened a small account to keep track of the progresd of a small $ aggressive investment strategy. I put 2.4k usd in and decided to begin trading. My orders are processed to a different acc.

@IBKR @barronsonline @IBKR I have now tried 5x to fund the account I opened. I stant ACH does not accept log in. Never recd small dep’s into acct to add traditionally. Error occures when trying to email for help.. Now What??? Are you now not taking new clients??

@RosbelDuran @IBKR Yep, They launched a VWAP algo which was supposed to run until the close and due to the outage the algo stopped running 10 minutes before the close.

@IBKR Worst experience ever. After being in waiting line for 1 hr. On my 6th call. Collectively would have been in the waiting queue for 2.5 hrs. For a simple login issue. You don’t have a way to login through email

Avoid @IBKR. They don't allow me to withdraw your money from the cancelled account! It's a scam. Support does not answer (for days). Oh, and the account application was cancelled because I selected an account type from their own dropdown menu.
