    @Rayner_Teo @IBKR You’re so polite! They should definitely acknowledge that. At 16 days I’d be ready to rip someone’s head off (but not really. I mean i wouldn’t). They’re lucky to have u as a customer.

    @IBKR Despite the new integration with trading view i still cant trade, i get an error message saying the i was attempting to trade a pair not supported by IBRK.

    @IBKR Quick update, @IBKR says the glitch affected a number of users and will update me again when things are fixed... no expected timeline though.

    [16 DAYS] Hey Interactive brokers @IBKR, I can't access my client portal. Tried changing browser, VPN, clearing cache, mobile, etc. Nothing works. I've raised this issue 16 days ago via email and phone call. But still no updates. Help?

    For people who invest in stocks, mutual funds, crypto, etc.. never EVER use Interactive Brokers. Dumbest customer service I've maybe ever dealt with in my life.. and that's saying something! It doesn't matter who you speak with either! @IBKR

    Has anyone any advice on setting RT Denali / @SierraChart with @IBKR? I want SC’s data to quote / display / but Exec on @IBKR. Using the symbol mapping with service=IB, support for SC data feed for symbol=#ESU22-CME (SC), trade symbol= #ES-202209-GLOBEX (IBKR) doesn’t work.

    Over 2 months and @IBKR still can’t figure out how to process a simple form so I can actually use my account again! Starting to think I made a huge mistake - customer service is pathetic too :(

    - me to @IBKR: Why can't I convert all balance in one currency to another? - support: you're trying to convert XXX, which you don't have - me: no, you can see from the screenshot that I'm trying to convert only what I have - support: when you try to convert, it assumes 5% buffer

    @HeidiTrades @IBKR You still want to check options and ensure you're real time with 0 delay but that has nothing to do with what you described. You described an execution miss. Common issue for ToS (TD) users.

    for market order, the error message offers you to place limit order - me: no, the error message doesn't say anything like that as you should see from the screenshot, and when I try to convert 60% of the balance it does the same thing Why are you employing simpletons @IBKR ?
