I have jumped through all requested hoops with their estate team, to move funds laterally, create a new account, and settle my father’s estate. ALL I have left to do is to move $1288.07 and close the account. Repeated attempts to do this have yielded literally zero help @IBKR

@IBKR @Cboe Tried again using said terrible app create a PIN guess what Failed. How can this Brokerage be trusted I losing the ability to add stocks. What about if I sense a downtrend and wanted my money out quickly???

@IBKR - I’m trying to convert my cash account to a margin account, but the option is greyed out in the account settings. When I raised a ticket, support said they can’t share why it’s disabled, and also won’t say what’s needed to enable it. What kind of pathetic support is this?

@WebullGlobal u mother *******, fix ur ******* app, I swear to god the only brokerage that works at all times is @IBKR You ****** are dog **** like robinhood. I liked to trade on WeBull and not use my main account to trade on IBKR bc of ease of use and UI but ****, I may fully go all in on IBKR and only IBKR Can’t trust these ******.

@IBKR IBKR say they provide a service to trade ASX through tradingview, apart from not providing all data,providing inaccurate price/volume data, not providing time n sales data, having to manually refresh acc balances and having alot of trades rejected for no reason, it works great 👍

@IBKR I'm locked out of IBKR account, I can't login to browser - says verification token sent to email, which I'm not receiving since last 3 days, called helpdesk, only options are to close position at 30$ fee otherwise call disconnects in any other circumstaces

If you want your loved ones to be able to actually be able to communicate with those holding your stock portfolio in the event of your death, do NOT use @IBKR - you will get the constant runaround and NEVER get a reply from someone who can actually help you.

$GME Today it is a week ago that I submitted my request to @IBKR to DRS my warrants. It said it could take up to 4 days, yet it is STILL being processed!!! I believe there is a huge problem with an enormous shortage of $GME warrants. When I DRSd shares ion the past, it didn't that this long. Has anybody successfully DRSd warrants yet? Please say from which broker.

I’ve followed specific instructions, emailed estate processing 6 times. Emailed help desk twice. All after getting no help or answers over the phone. They’re useless when you need to close an account because of a death!!! @IBKR
