ilia (@ilia_el_pro) reported@TheFlowHorse can i ask why when i trade on @IBKR i tried after hours etc and even if there is trade on nasdaq route at that bid price my bid orders is not execute even with 1% lower price or is like lagging sometimes to like that while hyperliquid/binance perps dont have this issue

BullDriven (@BullDriven) reported@IBKR Followed up with web ticket several times. Slow response and unable to to say when ibkr will announce info pertaining to pdt rule change. Disappointing as all other major brokers have announced and majority are ready day 1 on June 4th. Will be looking at others options if no news

One, the gateway portal seems to have been created in 1998. Awful UI. Second, and the most pertinent was the death by auth codes.

Darwin have told me it’s in IBKR’s hands and they cannot help me. It’s been 10 days now and nobody can help me. Pretty shocking experience so far

TJ Brush (@xicbassix) reported@IBKR Called customer service which was an even worse experience. Rep refused to remove the 3 trades in 5 days limit even though it’s been well over 5 days. She said I’d get a letter re: PDT rules but couldn’t even say how long until those letter go out. She refused to allow me to speak to someone in a decision making capacity and when I asked to have the situation escalated she told me I had to go online and start a ticked…. You guys are a joke and I hope lots of people see this.

I have raised a support ticket, sent emails, and sent DMs. Over a week later, no response and no refund. I expect a regulated institution to do better than this. Please resolve this urgently.
