    The use of @IBKR will go down as one of the worst experiences of my life using a product. This wasnt a bad burger or a broken product. This was investments in our future made more difficult from this product. 1/2

    @EvanBleker @IBKR they are not a customer first service. ive been having similar issues its so frustrating. and what's even worse is their awful customer support who wont provide any details or information,. best of luck. use lightspeed in my opinion

    3/ ...to a new, client-friendly broker/custodian in 2022. I want what's best for my #Vailshire clients and @IBKR is failing them with terrible UI/UX and application/account services--despite years of complaints and suggestions. Sorry to rant.

    @battousai1130 @IBKR No other broker has API access, low margins, free wire transfers, or access to all the products I trade, I'm using them for a reason, but this is too much with all the errors/disconnects They used to honor my deposits instantly, dunno what happened, but I use Vanguard/TD mostly

    @IBKR seriously what happened to your customer service within a few years, near impossible to reach someone, 10 to 15 mn wait. Then you ask one question and 10 more mn wait transfered to someone else...........

    @IBKR pro client here can you stop shutting your platform down at midnight every single night? kinda tired of losing thousands of dollars over your random restarts, data cuts and unannounced server outages trying to trade futures on IBKR is like lighting yourself on fire

    ASTOUNDED at the poor service im receiving from @IBKR. Deposited money over a week ago, which has now disappeared. Have sent proof of payment which apparently isnt enough to get the credit ive paid for into my account. Staff just shurg their shoulder. BEYOND BAD, AVOID!!!!

    @averygrrl @IBKR Are you running it on a Mac or Windows? There's a weird issue in Mac OS Monterey and only fixed in a beta version.

    @IBKR And certainly the worst broker to short stocks that have performed well a day before, because you can never short them with you, because there are supposedly no shares available, at least it is always your excuse! Only with you it is the case! 👌

    @IBKR DO NOT USE THEM. Zero customer service Trader workstation CRASHES all the time (on a Mac) Just plain useless. Time to move to another platform

    @IBKR Well it definitely has poor customer service, I’ve been waiting over 2 months for my business account to get approved after waiting over 2 weeks for an application issue that was your fault to get resolved. 2.5 months later and still waiting…

    @IBKR has been wonderful to work with untill today. The rep I worked with was unable to assist with a 3rd party wire. It ended with him saying IBKR cannot handle my needs and I can look for other brokers who may be able to. @IBKR can u help? @CharlesSchwab maybe we can we talk?

    @Mike_Hunt_Sr @joyflow4 They tried to fix it but as everything at @IBKR fixing errors takes ages. It should be very simple though they just need to aggregate IB UK account and IB Ireland account and treat them as one consolidated account.
