    @IBKR Since 24 Jan I have been in touch with #IBKR customer service to help solve a critical issue with my portfolio positions. It's end of March and very little to no progress has been made. Defo NOT a no. 1 #Platform . @etrade did a much better job in a fraction of time.

    @IBKR The money is BROKEN. That means all price signals are BROKEN. You can’t rely on any historical data to help you. You either see what’s happening, do the work, buy #btc and move it to self custody ASAP. Or you slowly bleed out your life’s work/savings and wonder what happened

    @lv_1 @BSEIndia @IBKR As of now, the main benefits seem to be on the banking side. Bringing remittance costs down. Costs on investing internationally is quite high. BSE likely to do better. IBKR platform is good so it makes sense to use it. Places where BSE could add value are forex and reporting

    @AdlinLing @IBKR At least we have Indian VP. Nothing we can do. Mine works fine. Maybe they do it to you on purpose. I hear AA and Asians have a lot of IB issues.. Too obvious to be coincidence... But who knows. Putin is trying to sabotage traders in normal business hours .

    @cbucca41 @SaraEisen @IBKR That could be it. That and he is apart of the broken system that makes them tons of money. Might not be able to do much but tell people what the banks and govt tell him too. I.e. get us to sell and push the narrative we are gonna lose.

    @IBKR I simply cannot express my sincere disappointment with this trading platform and support. I’ve researched the best platform out there and decided on IBRK. Has been nothing but a nightmare trying to get this setup to trade even with my initial large deposit into my account.

    @NetparM @Josh_Young_1 @IBKR Right, same here. It doesn't pop up for futures or futures options only for equities. Some times I use it, but I have to click the button. But for equities it is automatic for some reason. This is a software bug I don't care what they say.

    @NatGasGuy1 @Josh_Young_1 @IBKR have same problem with TWS. the snapshot auto pops for every ticker, and now got an email saying my snapshot fees were high enough for free L1 data. called them from day 1 asking why the auto pop and was told just turn off streaming data that should do it, it didn't.

    @IBKR @IBKR_TI - Arggggh! Once again, they were supposed to be done with 'System Maintenance' by 6:00 PM - 6 hours later everything is hosed - can't even login to the portal, can't leave messages. Poor technical performance once again . . .

    @IBKR you need to fix snapshot feature on TWS. It can't auto-pop even when all data subscriptions are turned off. You are cheating your clients. I will not place another trade via @ibkr tws until this is fixed.
