  @IBKR Phone support in 2026? I’m constantly traveling and changing phone numbers to the country I’m visiting. I don’t have a permanent phone number. That’s why I can’t login as you blocked the possibility to change phone numbers.

  @IBKR you customer service is useless, not once did they mention how failed transfer attempts cost £££ each time. your website ui is awful. Attempted transfer failed twice now and you have taken all most of my £100 is fees… you need to make it clear for new users.

  @IBKR trying to open an account, but the only ID option shown for an Australian resident is driver’s licence, and submission always fails with invalid ID type. Support keeps telling me to upload a passport which isn’t even an available option or try again as it might be tech glitch. Is this a serious platform with tech or support team or just GPT-4 era vibe coded?

  @IBKR the worst investment platform I’ve ever dealt with! Random rules that forcibly convert currencies, AI shoved down my throat even when I clearly said it was not helping and I needed someone to look into my issue! So yeah, taking my business somewhere else.
