  I have 500 bucks left in my @IBKR account that I can't be arsed to remove, and yet I can't even buy anything with it due to their rediculus minimum buy constraints. Worst ******* tradfi platform on the planet. The UX needs a complete rewrite.

  @speculator20221 @chessdunk @IBKR I think I know why it might have happened to me. There was some kind of form about API Authentication that I was supposed to sign when I logged into the Client Portal a couple of days ago. I was in a hurry, so I passed over it, figured I'd do it later. Apparently, that might have been enough. The worst thing is, for some reason, they cancelled my Stop Loss on the live trade that I was in, but didn't cancel the trade itself (let that one sink in). Luckily, the trade went in my direction a bit, so I was no worse for wear. I still stayed on the phone, on hold, after that, because I was going to give them an earful ... but at the 2.5 hour mark of being on hold, I threw in the towel and hung up.

  @IBKR there is no way you are the #1 rated trading platform. When a client with $1 mm in liquid cash & 20+ years trading experience, and a credit rating of 800+ does not have approval to buy $IBIT you have a problem.

  @IBKR You have a substandard platform and your support staff is basicslly nonexistent. I would advise people to stay away from IB. If you run into a situation and need help you will not get it.

  @IBKR hi , I think there’s an error with the total calculations when underlyings are in different currencies like ILS or EUR. The final daily P&L isn’t converted to USD. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thanks !

  If anyone happens to be having problems with the API on @IBKR after last night's TWS update to 10.43, go to file, change version, and stable and that fixes it IBKR is working on a fix but this is their short term solution

  @IBKR To clarify: the application has been stuck since March 23 due to a known wizard bug on IBKR's end. March 25 was when Live Chat confirmed the issue and promised same-day resolution, which never happened.

  @IBKR @JoseTorresEcon This is out of desperation contact attempt: Recently opened an IBKR account and trying to transfer in meaningful funding into the said account.   Beware that if you run into a problem at @IBKR you may find yourself completely abandoned. I have a claim open for 5 months now for a dividend they did not process, now I have posted a claim for the lack of response, nobody is responding to any of those. Horrible service!

  @speculator20221 @chessdunk @IBKR They apparently cancelled my order, and now it's saying I'm still short 150,000 Euros, but the problem is my base currency is USD and it won't let me switch it back. On hold with them on their "emergency number" lol. I'm going to assume that they have to fix it, in the end.
