@IBKR I'm unable to contact IBKR support (CH and UK numbers) for 2 days. I waited 22 and 30 minutes and then hang up. Any chance to discuss my problem with withdrawal? Tbh, I don't care about market volatility which is supposed to be the reason of your inability to react adequately.

@CrypticAces @IBKR @Wealthsimple What I didn’t appreciate was senior management was lying to me. Feel sorry for the reps because they don’t have resources and I can only imagine what its like for them dealing with clients they can’t help. SVP VP & Director are the causes of operation failures.

@alfiesmdrnlife @IBKR Its a little more costly but I do options. It only had issues Friday for the 1st time in a year but I got through by phone so that was ok. If you prefer low fee and do big stocks and bitcoin @Wealthsimple has the robinhood model. No fee but slow to transfer money in from account.

Does anyone have any experience with @IBKR support? Trying to call them for 2 days. I waited for the connection 22 minutes on Tue, now I’m waiting 30 minutes. Music is playing but there’s no answer neither any info on how long the cue is in fact. Any idea? Using +41 41 726 9500

@CrypticAces Move to a brokerage that isn’t managed in such a poor way. Especially with the near term down side you wanna be ready for the rally when the US fed prints more paper to drive value stocks. I went to @IBKR and @Wealthsimple . 1. for options 2. for no fee.

@IBKR Dear IB Support: A legitimate stop order was elected, but, failed to execute. I called and reviewed the order with John, who agreed. He said he would follow up. Tom messaged asking if it's still a problem. Yes is the answer - still nothing on this from IB.

@2020molonlabe I am just going to tell you from a consumer awareness place. I had your problems. Lost thousands. So I moved my options to @IBKR and my stocks to @Wealthsimple The current management for last 3 years went downhill when Wayne left. The experienced left too.

@Guruleaks1 Speaking of risk, it's still not clear to me whether stops in place would have worked or not. Got no reply from @ibkr about that matter. Annoying not to be able to trade, but would be huge for a position trader like myself if stops were down due to their technical problems

@ibkr orders not triggering! Waited 20minutes to get my market order filled! Price went past my Stop order. Lost 3 times my stop. Worst customer service so far. Waited 1 hour on phone to get nothing resolved.

@IBKR Great interview! Always good to hear Thomas speak. Had a glitch with my Mobil app. Had to do a hard logout at the bottom, instead of just closing app, then re-log in, and works fine now. 📈🚀

Any other #brokers have access to #futures markets and #portfolioMargin? I’m getting increasingly annoyed with @IBKR this year. Charts have gaps of missing time in them, app is slow to connect more and more often, buttons don’t work as labeled for YEARS.
