  @IBKR placing surveys within the trading application that interfere, even for 5 seconds, with my ability to conduct business, is a sure fire way to royally piss off a customer. These surveys are out of control.

  @IBKR 2/2, bc that needs SMS too. So I can't login, write a help ticket, fund my account bc of wrong SMS ( that's strange, bc I have updated my profile regularly. Try phoning, they say. Get a live agent. After a really long hold time I did get an agent but he could not 3/3

  @jeremiahrogers @IBKR is horrible and their customer service absolutely sucks! Tried them and couldn’t wait to get my funds out - which they held for a stupid amount of time.

  @IBKR the worst investment platform I’ve ever dealt with! Random rules that forcibly convert currencies, AI shoved down my throat even when I clearly said it was not helping and I needed someone to look into my issue! So yeah, taking my business somewhere else.

  @IBKR The worst platform I’ve ever used, customer service is terrible, you’re a bunch of thief’s charging me £75 for fail transaction and you’re nit even getting back to me. Warning do nit use this company they are the worst kind to deail with…

  @CoreyCicero @TT_stocks_ @IBKR No it isn’t- I tried that. It’s free IF you only trade market hours- anything PM OR AH is 1% fees. Not to mention when I went to pull my money out they made me send my ID AND a video of me holding up my passport saying who I was lmao. Again worst broker I’ve ever had and I’ve had every single one

  @IBKR I did that and out of frustration I have written here as they are asking to use my passport when passport is not in one of the options offered for Australia clearly documented in the ticket and screenshot I submitted. They only offer Australian drivers license and then on submission call id type invalid. The tech team on a call just mentions to try again rather than solving the issue and a musical chair game is going on between support and tech folks.

  @JoachimMo1985 @IBKR I'm not sure about issues at IBKR specifically, but having worked for a few brokers, I can tell you that the tech department usually comes third or fourth in priority. These organizations are typically led by marketing, followed by corporate roles (risk management, strategy).

  @IBKR @JoseTorresEcon Your software is such a pos. It is not sending the notification to my phone for me to login. I cannot access my account. I tried logging in with the QR code and it shows page not found. I need access to my account. You are just the software in the market. Total garbage
