If you don’t fix this problem, so your customers CAN’T trade oil via $USO or $BNO, particularly in light of Iran war, you are going to lose customers.

Alex 👹 (@Alex_Steger_) reported@super509219312 @IBKR The first was a platform update. The did a beta update and TWS stopped communicating with outside documents. The solution was to switch to the stable platform, which I did. Problem solved. Annoying but no concerns

joe (@Yogithebearish) reported@IBKR My bid & ask spreads disappeared. I had to restart TWS to get them back. Then i was getting messages that I was under pdt and i wasn't alliwoded to trade. I am not uber pdt. Not even close to it. I shut down TWS & restarted. That resolved the issue.
