    @IBKR I would - if there was z slight change to get through your non-existent customer service and understand why my application is not progressing. Been trying to resolve for weeks now, and even visited your office where the staff confirmed that all docs are OK, and I am good to go.

    @IBKR Are you having any 2FA SMS problems in the UK? I can't login to the web portal or TWS as the SMS never arrives. I can use voice to login to web, but not TWS, and I've now been locked out due to too many attempts. SMS from other 2FA services working fine...

    Wow, Interactive Brokers are that bad, when you try to withdraw money, you get their infamous Wait/Not Working icon - hop over to support to ask why...yes, you get their Wait/Not Working icon!!🤡 @IBKR

    @IBKR Ok, if you say so, but funny enough every time I tried to submit an order it kept saying error communicating with servers, may not be a lot of money to you but I’d like to close my trades without problems and without losing profits, it wouldn’t even trigger my exits

    @IBKR I am new to IB and my password had issues this morning. I was on hold for 38mins then my call dropped. Called again and it dropped again after 3mins. This is not a good first experience 🤦🏽💩

    @IBKR While I use the platform everyday and mostly like it just fine, support is still an issue. I've got a ticket open for over a week(!!) without a response. Posted an inquiry a few days ago. No response. Everything is fine until you need a human. Then, good luck.

    As of my last check today, @IBKR Portfolio Builder is still not properly functioning. If you utilize Portfolio Builder, you will encounter a loading error not making it possible to rebalance. Follow for honest Interactive Broker updates. #FinancialLiteracyMonth

    @IBKR Zero progress. Calling your customer "support" is a joke - staff simply disappear on you. The only interaction that does happen is emails stating my docs "not accepted". Horrible experience with your company.
