@IBKR Wondering why cash options accounts can't buy directional single-leg weekly calls/puts during the last hour or so on 0D2E? Why do I get a "Post Margin Deficit" order rejection? The worst that can happen to me is I lose my $ if premiums go to zero. TOS doesn't do this...

$LLKKF ive just spoken to @IBKR and a lady has told me that its them that have it restricted both ways to buy and sell as $LLKkF is. Classed as a micro stock. But i did ask why Is llkkf restricted to sell and she didnt have that information.. This is not @Trading212 issues.

dude i need to get out of $COIN 244 next rally. maybe pre e/r ramp. don't want to get caught when $SPX corrects bjgly. $AMC 37 SMH. lol only reason i didn't s/s bc @IBKR has crazy *** margin req. on all meme stocks to short. in hindsight, it broke down like PLUG at highs

@frotuss @IBKR @Fidelity also bans buying weeklies call option expiring on Friday. Not sure if it’s hedging gamma, delta or saving call sold by its trading desk or protecting market maker. Look at $tsla on Fridas, good/bad news gets swallowed for option premium. Bdw, I don’t trade options.

@averygrrl @IBKR I did ... The columns show up. There is no data in all columns on a consistent basis. For example, I am long bull spread ($3500 to $3700 $AMZN call options). There is no data in the purchase cost basis column. So I do not know if I am up or down on my spread and by how much.

@housing_human @IBKR Wild... I only have stock positions in my IBKR account, or I'd put a trade on to test for you. I would contact their support team, if they exist... Took me months to get them to refund an erroneous deposit, almost voided my yearly contribution by going over-limit with them.

Decided to move away from @IBKR. Their help desk is just atrocious. They keep you hanging on the phone for hours and resolve nothing. Useless. Enough! Recommendations for good futures and options platforms/brokers?
