  @seantoh @EnovixBatteries Sean, I’m not sure where you are based but for @IBKR clients in the USA, it is simply a matter of completing the form in the Corporate Action center and there are no fees. The $1000 fee for Guaranteed Delivery service is nonstandard and not required.

  @IBKR Stay away from @ibkr worst customer service out of all major brokers. What you save in fees you lose with customer service. My position wouldn’t fill on their platform because of a glitch on their end and they would not honor the trade. Scam. stay away from this dinosaur

  @IBKR I have an outstanding issue with my IBKR account. IBKR won’t honor a trade I placed that didn’t execute because of a “technical glitch” on YOUR end. I’ve made several attempts to resolve this issue over the course of 4 days and your company has not offer to compensate me in anyway. I spoke with my other brokers about my situation at IBKR and they said any trade that doesn’t execute because of an issue on THEIR end would honored by placing that trade on their account then transferring to position into my account. The market is hard enough alone. I shouldn’t have to fight my broker to execute trades.
