@Questrade After an hour on the phone with your CSR asking for written confirmation of the rule she was citing... the CSR LITERALLY said that some policies about how to withdraw funds are enforced but not written down. @IBKR Can you believe this?! Is that even legal??

@Questrade @gurjeeetsiingh @IBKR Given the aggressive tone that I used, I feel obliged to follow-up. When QT did call... the person on the line seemed genuinely interested in the issue. Although no solutions were available, I was left with a promise that the issue would be resolved by day's end. We'll see.

@MetalloKunklo @IBKR Same issue here in Switzerland 🤨 @IBKR always get anxiety when I see no Positions and zero account value. Would be nice (and calming) if you could have a popup or notice mentioning there's a temporary issue/glitch, thanks.

@IBKR Is there a type of order where you can specify: If more than [some number of shares] volume trades between [Low price] & [high price], Launch my limit order at [some specific price]? I.e. like a stop limit, but with a minimum share threshold added to filter out bad-ticks?

@AnyaAlis Did you ever get this resolved? I literally just had the same problem with @IBKR this morning. Right in the middle of a trade lost connection with the server, called them and I wasn’t the only one. Down 12% for the day.

@IBKR hi. When will your UK ISA service be able to support transfers of open positions into it from other providers? I’d like to move mine to IBKR. The FAQ section mentions q4 2022 but it’s not clear whether it’s working already. Thanks
