@IBKR For a long time SMS messages sent to UAE numbers from IBKR, never come through, even though no blocking is enabled on the network carrier level, I want to help resolve this, please share the IBKR SMS gateway numbers/contacts, so I can check with our ISP @Etisalat_Care

@AuditorInvestor @IBKR Was an interesting episode. Looks like you’re limited in options in fringe markets outside IB. Was interesting to hear in the episode that there were huge crashes in the Iraqi market but all the quality companies endured well and took off once things were stable. Fascinating

@IBKR there is no one on chat help or phone support! You have a recording that says ‘due to market volatility’ for the last 2 years, mgt should get a grip and address the gross inadequacy in customer support. Your statements don’t have audit trail to understand charges.

@IBKR The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Have left several inquiries on messaging service with no reply for days/weeks, called several times and held for at least 40 minutes with no one picking up! Is nearly impossible to get any issue raised and resolved. Terrible!
