@IBKR I am a client with a key services account and am not able to get TWS to connect. I called and got put on eternal hold even though I was told this was a phone number with better support. Disappointed.

@IBKR Your compliance teams have now blocked 3 securities from being traded. I have left numerous messages but they have failed to reply or recertify the issue. This has costs me $$. I have raised a formal complaint with the FCA and the SEC.
