    @IBKR Actually most people know good English. The problem comes in writing it. For example some people write "good" instead of "good". They put the second "o" before the first "o". Which is absolutely wrong.

    @JMandersonBM @ProfitsTaken @IBKR I have watched them and I have made my decision on moving to IBKR, this week has been bad on TOS, since Monday it feels with lag and then the fills get worst. I was just waiting for a little bit more practice to withdraw and move to IBKR, but then need to wait until they clear

    @Ali_HAH I wasn’t expecting that tbh as the platform is quite smooth. I think they had negotiated a bad setup with @IBKR and now early customers are getting stuck between both.

    @IBKR I only had one major issue with IBKR, it was very difficult to exchange currency to buy stock and other counties. A more simple interface would be very helpful!

    i have worked as a start-up and fix-up consultant to businesses in the one of the - if not *the* - most customer service intensive industries on earth for 20+ years. And I'm certain I would not be able to build a CX infrastructure as garbage and terrible as @IBKR if i tired

    I upgrade to the new Google Pixel every other year. It's consistently a month+ before most of my banks support the fingerprint reader. Why can't they just get ahead of this stuff like any decent software company 😫 Looking at you in 2022: @HSBC_UK @IBKR @BancoSabadell
