    @AskNationwide Well I do hope that it's sorted before any other transactions go through today because I'm expecting a payment of £500 into my account and also expecting Tfl to take money from my account overnight. If the problem isn't sorted out then I will not be able to get to work tomorrow.

    @AskNationwide maybe you can help me, seeing as your in-branch staff just said “go online” and your phone line has had me on hold for 30 minutes. I want to close a savings account and take out the money, but I can see no button to click on for this in online banking.

    @AskNationwide hi I’m trying to switch but every time I get to the ‘full credit check’ I’m taken to an error page and when I click ‘try again’ I have to fill out the form again and receive all the emails again. Do you not have a way to continue open applications?

    @AskNationwide I am sick of this. I’ve done the chat, been advised to call your help line and am now in a 30 min queue. Really bad customer experience. I simply want to amend my switch application with a different current account! Can this not be done with you? Can I visit a branch to sort?

    @AskNationwide I have a problem with the NW Android App. When I'm setting up a new payee (Pay or move money) it asks for card-reader verification before paying the the first payment - OK. But the App asks me to choose from a drop-down list of debit cards that includes an expired one!

    @AskNationwide Hi, no, the only other transaction that day was the tradesman using a handheld machine. I did notice another customer tried to use contactless but was prompted to enter pin number. His worked though. Maybe it was down to Tesco's machine?!

    @AskNationwide It just says Error: Your memorable date can't be the same as your date of birth, or your passnumber, and needs to be in the format DDMMYYYY.

    @AskNationwide hi, opened a flexdirect and saver account today. The former hasn't appeared on my online banking but the latter has. Please help.
