@santanderuk My payment has been rejected twice and Froze my account. Waited 40min on hold then spent 20min answering security questions. Finally sorted only to find payment got rejected again and once again acount frozen. Now been in hold for 50min. Joke of a service!

@santanderuk Do you ever evaluate your customer service levels? Both Halifax and Lloyds I can speak to someone in 2 minutes. Santander 25 minutes....gave up.

@santanderukhelp @firstdirect @santanderuk Absolutely shocking telephone service with Dan who just made excuses after excuse for your poor service & when I pointed out your poor customer service record threatened to terminate the call. A complaint has been raised. Diabolical.

I am now at the stage of feeling so low with it all @santanderuk I am my wife’s carer even though Helen is still in Roxburgh house, I’m tired upset and sore all over but here’s the thing she’s my wife and I will put up with my pain to help her maybe you should do the same.

@santanderuk 4 social media team get involved and I think it’s all sorted as they send new pin new security number so we put them in and get taken back to log in page Ah success … nope as they send otp number to a phone that doesn’t exist any more.

Once again on social media about a company’s failure to help a terminally Ill person my wife @santanderuk failure to help Helen is by far shocking and upsetting, phoned last Wednesday and they said they would call back and yup you guessed it they never here is brief reminder.

@Tesco you couldn't process my online shop the other day due to security issues with @santanderuk I had to come in store to cash out, royal treatment but inconvenient. Is the security issue fixed before I order again? Also my clubcard vouchers need refunding please.

@santanderuk appalling service regarding foreign cheques and help. Will need to wait 6 weeks for money to go in and £10 fee taken well in advance and having to send cheque off ourselves. Definitely changing banks when money finally paid in. Their service has gone well down

@santanderuk 5 back to 1 failure to help failure to call back and failure of duty to help a terminally ill patient. These are just some of the points I will be telling news papers if not sorted by end of this week if they are interested of course. But enough is enough.
