@SkyHelpTeam common occurrence that my sky box doesn't work at 3am...normally I would say this is a great way to not fall into the rabbit hole of a rubbish sleeping pattern but when you fancy watching some TV to go back to sleep to instead of resetting the sky box every morning

@SkyHelpTeam 1. ordered SkyGlass yesterday, had a text reminder to sign agreement at 8pm (no other comms on this at all), link doesn’t work and then email at 8.05pm saying my orders cancelled. Called, and your Glass team finishes at 8pm. Awful service.

@SkyHelpTeam I’m very disappointed that there is a very very SLOW roll out on faster broadband speed being offered in my area. Every time I get an e-mail about faster broadband, I get excited, only to be told that it hasn’t come to my area. I’m still on superfast. Not happy!!
