    @VodafoneUK One area atm until I can drive somewhere else to try. My wife has same phone on my account and can make calls so I’m guessing it’s the handset. I’ve tried everything on the apple support advice but still can’t make or receive calls.

    @VodafoneUK Have spoken to @one.com you want to charge me for an early upgrade. Even though the product I have isn’t fit for purpose. I’ve been a customer of @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20 years. Disgraceful I will wait until my contract is up terminate it and take my business elsewhere

    @VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

    I just lost 2 whole hours of my life trying to upload apps from @VodafoneUK & @forduk - all the problems seem to stem from the fact that bloody @Google thinks I’m still in Australia so only offers me Ford Aus or Vodafone Aus apps. 21st century problems but what a waste of time!

    Hey @VodafoneUK, I'm having a terrible time upgrading my plan. Your website has been throwing random errors for three days now, Tobi opens with an unknown error, advisers over the phone are giving me completely different prices than I see on the website, how can this be so hard?
