@Apple 15.0.2 has killed 5g on my iPhone 13 pro max on @EE looking at the Internet i don't seem to be alone. Network reset won't work nor will restarts pls fix this ASAP even doesn't work on @ThreeUK sim not happy

Hi @EE Switched from BT Mobile to yourselves yesterday on a SIM only plan. Provided the PAC Code from BT to keep my old number, however this has not transferred. Switch was done in store. Can you help please as I don't want to change my number. Thanks in advance.

If @bt_uk suggest you switch to @EE to save you money, say no. Painful process from day 1. Direct debit initially set up wrong, 8 phone numbers with random charges on the bill. Awful experience.

@SameDayCoventry @EE Sounds like a good deal. I was with them for 18 years and had no issues and a first class service. When I came to renew they wouldn't do anything for me at all so moved to a new network. That was 6 years ago now.

Someone at @EE really needs to try to upgrade phone plans on their website. I just did two. Error messages, different pages shown depending on what?, logging out, logging in again just to reset something to get the option you want. It's been like this for years, total garbage 1/2
