In the name of 'safety': #authoritarian @LloydsBank this is 100% wrong: To help keep your money safe, we may ask you to confirm if a payment is genuine. We may decide not to make the payment until you have confirmed to us it’s genuine or we may give you more time to cancel it.

@LloydsBank Eight weeks to sort a complaint?? That’s not service either. I think it’s time to find a bank that appreciates its customers

If anyone is seeking a bank that allows money to be wrongly taken from an elderly customer’s account and can’t be asked to deal with it, we recommend @LloydsBank who are never by your side in reality. An utterly shameless, shambolic excuse for a bank.

@KrisGibson13 @financialombuds If your complaint is handled by a Mark Taylor or Jan O'Leary be prepared for them to side with the company and ignore blatant wrong doings of all 3 principles set down by the FO. Lloydsbank has the Financial Ombudsman in its pocket.

@LloydsBank 40 minutes wait to answer a call! #customerservice All I want to do is set up a #DD from another bank to pay off my credit card every month from another bank! Where is the form? #IOM branch can’t help?!

@1jdhiguain @LloydsBank Fkn right. Try and get 10k out... you'll get a flat no. 3k you'll be asked what you intend to use it for! Reality is, they don't have the cash. Once its in the bank its gone, they do what they want with it, and if <10% asked for cash out they'd shut down same day.

@LloydsBank I opened a new club account and want to use the switching service. My account with the other bank is a joint account. Do I have to convert the Lloyds acct to joint account before I can use the switching service? I tried last night when opening the acct and it failed.
