    @LloydsBank absolutely appalled by your premier customer service. System unable to verify account info consistently and staff unable to do the simplest verification, while online payments are declined for no reason.

    @PL13Les @Allianz @LloydsBank Good luck........ours took forever. Once we finally received our settlement letter saying payment will be 5-10 working days, took 6 weeks for it to be received. Complaints team are worse than claims. Our 8 weeks is up tomorrow and still no response so off to the FOS we go

    @LloydsBank your call centres are absolutely awful. In total give been on hold for 4 hours in 2 days and not spoken to one person. This is very urgent.

    Hi @LloydsBank I would like to make a complaint against one of your agents. I had an issue with my phone that was returns and restored and I've registered too many devices. I phoned and spoke to someone and he put me on hold once for 5 mins 1/2

    @LloydsBank New card has arrived, but we got no time to wait for the PIN reminder(NEW PIN). Please let me know if your side could escalate such an issue to save a life, please.
