@LloydsBank my elderly parents are without heating and water. Have been since their frozen pipes burst almost 24 hours ago. They were on hold for 5 hours, then finally their call was answered, only to then be cut off with no resolution. Appalling customer service.

@LloydsBank @StephenPollock_ On exactly the same trajectory trying to get reply re our flooded kitchen/burst pipes/no water. Five hours holding on yesterday and now on same merrygoround today! We pay for this service for just such emergencies. Appalling @Lloyds.
