@LloydsBank Katy - I’m not being funny but I’ve no wish to hold for 45 mins or so to have yet another call with the team. Just very disappointed in the service and charges around this. Considering I resolved it myself. I’ve banked with you for over 35 years.

@LloydsBank My ID needed updating but was lost by the London Bridge branch and the only way of updating it is going back into a branch which isn’t easy to do constantly to make sure my details are correct, I’m currently on my way to the Bromley branch to see if they are able to actually help

@LloydsBank I know, I will sign it with my normal signature. But I have several normal formats of my signature. Sometimes I sign in format A, sometimes B. What if the signature doesn’t match the one in the system ? Could I resend a new letter with a corrected signature?

@LloydsBank I have recently used the wire transfer service to Spain on 1st April. The money was rejected by Santander. It the took many calls to Lloyds and weeks to try to get my money back. I then phoned Santander. I received the money back but Lloyds have charged me £44 😞
