    @raymasseytweets @LloydsBank Thanks Ray. I will do. Also have an issue of account security. I went through as a Lloyds customer but they tried to transfer money from a Halifax account which I hadn’t mentioned or given details of!

    @LloydsBank I can probably send you screenshots in DM. I just messaged their support to tell them what happened and hope they will be able to refund it. It's partly my fault for not realising they let you put 2FA on your account, I've done that now and disconnected card for the time being

    @deafdragongirl @LloydsBank 😢 Completely removing your independence. I think they use a VRS service now. The pandemic seemed to make things a little better in terms of orgs realising they can do stuff differently - let’s hope they continue positively.

    @LloydsBank trying to call your customer helpline but keep getting cut off after being told the call times are longer than usual, my payment cards keep being declined, what can I do?
